Relax and enjoy this peaceful and spacious friendly family home. Enjoy the big backyard for big barbecues or to enjoy peace and quiet. With being cozy on the north side of town you have access to shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, hospitals and to a wide range of activities all located within 5-15 minutes away!
The space
• This amazing town gives you plenty of options to have a fun night out whether you have kids or just adults!
• All food, activities, and shopping locations range from 5 to 15 minutes including the waterpark, airport, shopping outlet, and bowling!
• There are amazing restaurants like Bricktown Brewery, La Huerta, Chilis, Texas Roadhouse and so much more
• There are plenty of outdoor activities here as well such as Devils Den State Park(1 hour), Mount Magazine(40 minutes), The Fort Smith Lookout(20 minutes), and Lake Fort Smith (40 minutes).

Very Comfy
This house was just right for us as we needed a little getaway as we were in town because of a death in the family. Very clean and comfortable. The sunroom was our favorite spot as we sat and enjoyed some great conversations. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to have everything needed. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the stay!
