Waterfront Island Home with Dock, Pool and close to the Beach!

Beach and Boat home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach you will enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds and a fold out couch. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There is a jet dock to store two jet skis while you are there, so you won't have to launch and retrieve them each day. There is also room to dock a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood.

The perfect stay in Ft Pierce! A wonderful location to bring the boat and tour the intercoastal! The house was in perfect condition and the pool was fantastic!

Fun Friends Getaway
A great time and a nice home with pool on the water with dock for our boat. Easy access to Ft Pierce inlet and offshore fishing and an awesome sand bar to enjoy. We will go back and recommend this property for friends and family trips.

Great vacation home for boaters!
This was our second summer stay where we were able to bring our boat and enjoy the Fort Pierce Inlet area. The dock and home are both great, not to mention the fun pool.

Perfect getaway
We brought our boat and its was a perfect location for fishing and afternoon cruising around the river. A cozy Florida home and the pool was a huge plus for us. Our pups enjoyed their stay just as much as we did. We will surely be back again!

Beautiful home in a super neighborhood. Lots of places to adventure by boat, walking and driving. Super open floor plan with lots of great areas for board games and football watching. Would do it again.

Perfect location and amenities
This is the perfect house for a family trip. The house was more spacious and well stocked than the photos and description portray. We brought our boat and loved being able to get up and use it without worrying about going to the ramp everyday. The pool is a huge bonus. Mike was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful time at the house for the past month. The house exceeded expectations-the pictures don’t do it full justice. Beautiful open layout, full kitchen and great backyard. Very nice to have the dock in the back as spending time out there fishing / relaxing is just as nice as going to the beach etc. The walk to the beach was short and the beach is very nice / not crowded. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Great place for a relaxing vacation. The house was fantastic. Has everything you need. A rare find, waterfront location with a pool and walking distance to private beach access. You can't ask for more. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded. The host was extremely friendly and responsive. We enjoyed every moment.

Weekend getaway
All in all our stay was great. The only little complaint was the 4pm check-in. When we booked our trip and right up till the day before, check-in was 3pm so that's what I planned on. Also, the patio grill was disgusting (I have pictures if you need) and had to use my magma grill on my boat. One more thing, the little lock box inside the gate was tricky. The number 8 button is worn out and hard to press. We will definitely stay there again and looking forward to it. We love the location!
