St. Lucie has many natural reefs just offshore, shipwreck dives opportunities and an amazing network of artificial reefs rich with fisheries.
The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home, at a resort on the beach, without the stress, on the Atlantic's Treasure Coast. This second floor villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, silverware, dining for 5, and living room with smart TV and a queen size sofa bed in the living room along with a twin pullout bed. The bedroom has a king size bed with TV and multiple closets.
Fresh white linens, bath and beach towels, and beach chairs are also included for use on our 3,000 foot private unspoiled beach. A separate screened-in furnished patio is offered here to soak up the cool evening sky. Golfers don't miss out on the many rounds of golf and this comfortable condo home.
Guest access
The Ocean Village is a secure gated community on the pristine unspoiled beaches of Hutchison Island, which is a barrier island.
This treasure of a rental is located on the Atlantic Coast, and features a 9 Hole 3 Par Executive Golf Course, 10 lighted tennis courts, 6 Shuffleboard courts, 3 Bocce Courts, basketball court, 4 pools, kiddie pool, Fitness Center complete with exercise room, spas, saunas and whirlpools, card room and library and so much more.
Guests must wear bracelets, and are welcome to use ALL the Ocean Village amenities, can rent equipment and reserve a golf tee time for a small fee. Ocean Village also provides internet at locations outside of the condo too. Lots of sporting equipment available to guests, bikes, tennis rackets, golf clubs and much more.
If you don't feel like cooking, our private members only Tiki bar and the oceanfront Inn at Ocean Village restaurant are located at the main pool.  The quaint area is perfect for bike riders!!
Our on site public restaurant, the Inn, has been remodeled, is under new management this season and has received many accolades!!Wednesday night is prime rib special and it is really good and served as required. Be careful not to fill up on the rolls and butter with a bit of marmelade.
The restaurant is also open to the public.

Peaceful beach vacay
Great location on Hutchinson island with just the right amount of remoteness away from the hustle and bustle of real life. The beach is beautiful and clean and easy walking distance from the condo. The pool and facilities were clean and grounds were immaculate. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’ll be back next year!!

Well Equipped Condo
I have never stayed in a condo with so many extra touches - right down to toothbrushes! Being on the golf course we even had entertainment! The restaurant in the complex had great food, it was a great place to stay.

Everything you need. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. No problem with smoke smell as listed in previous reviews. Nice shower too Appliances are updated. Host always got back to me right away which is much appreciated.

Relaxing visit
This was my first time using a VRBO. It was nice to have someplace to relax and unwind that felt homey! The location was perfect for me, and the condo was clean and comfortable. I will be back!

Unit was clean and comfortable. Smoke smell coming from the unit nextdoor! Bed was great. Only down was the main pool was not in operation. Restaurant on property was very good!!

Great Florida Vacation
We had such a great time at this Condo. The kids loved all 6 heated pools and it was just a few steps to the beach. It was incredible having 78 degree temperatures in December! Veronica was easy to get in touch with and the property had everything we needed from soap to extra beach towels. The best part was the temperpedic bed. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our experience thoroughly! The property was well appointed and lacking nothing when it came to comfort. The location was great. Although not directly on the ocean, there was no doubt that we were at the ocean. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the sound of the waves. The property amenities; restaurant, tiki bar and pool and ocean, were close by and easily accessed via car or walk. A great getaway location!

Paradise
The second story condo was very clean, well equipped, and quiet. We enjoyed meals on the screened in porch overlooking the 8th hole. The location of Ocean Village was perfect for all of our day excursions from as far south as West Palm Beach to as far north as Sebastian. The main road outside OV was excellent for biking, running, and hiking. Bear Point Sanctuary is a short walk from the front gate of OV and offers access ( fishing/kayaking) to the Indian River Lagoon.

Great stay! Wonderful Condo!
This condo was a great find for us. Everything was very comfortable. Veronica is a great, great hostess-very accessible, helpful, patient, and generous! (She picked up two new beach chairs for us!!) The condo included lots really nice amenities...good coffee; new appliances, including washer/dryer; laundry soap, good bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, and the most unusual and therapeutic shower we've ever seen...as advertised, this is a great property. Beach is close by, three pools, executive golf course, tennis, pickle ball. And close to two of our favorite restaurants! We had a great stay!

Peaceful and relaxing...
This stay was great. I stated with my husband and 7 year old. The host is very responsive and friendly. The unit is clean and perfectly stocked. The beach and pool are a short walk from the unit. (You can’t see the beach from the patio but you can hear it.) The only complaint we had is that the tiki bar and restaurant that are on site are currently closed. Fort Pierce is a lovely town....probably my favorite one that we have visited. It is quiet but has lots to do. We would most definitely stay again!

Was not told pool was closed. My spouse was looking forward to the pool not the ocean. Several utensils in the drawer were covered in food from cooking. That was gross. Otherwise the place was nice and we would have given it a full 4 or 5 star rating

Horrible Cigarette Odor/Mildew/Bugs
I've never in my life left a bad review but this place and the owner were terrible! First off, my family had something come up and we wanted to change the dates. Per VRBO contract this is up to the owners discretion. Veronica didn't respond to my first few messages requesting the change then when she finally responded she stated she couldn't honor my request due to the cancelation policy. Not true. So we decided to go anyway since we had already paid. When we walked in the cigarette smell was so overpowering we couldn't stand to be in there. The shower had mold and mildew all over it (I wish I could post photos!) There were bugs and ants all over the place. It did look as if it had been cleaned recently but due to the odor and condition of the shower we decided to leave! WE DIDN'T EVEN STAY THERE! We rented another place in the same complex and the owner was fabulous! My family has had a condo in Ocean Village since 1982. We go to visit my family every year, so needless to say we've rented several units there. Don't rent this one!! There are WAY better options with way better owners! Good luck!!

Overall the unit was nice and fully equippedqqqq. Needs a new sofa though. WiFi was not working but that wasn’t a big deal because I have unlimited data and a hot spot for my tablet. Hard to find the unit so better directions from the owner would be helpful. Also the main pool/tiki hut and restaurant were closed for renovation and we were not informed.

Beautiful condo, great location, and wonderful host
We had an amazing 2 night stay for Labor Day weekend. The host went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early due to us arriving early then 4. Also had a malfunction with the PIN code lock but host called me right away and helped us figure it out. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. Top line sheets, mattress and pillows make it even cozier. We will definitely be back!

This property was not well maintained. Upon arrival it was hot, stuffy and obviously had been closed up for some time. Ants were in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. From the get go, we had trouble with the air conditioning. tried contacting the owner from the morning of 7/25 and finally had the area's community rep reach her. Even with the instructions she gave, the temperature never stayed near a comfortable level and finally gave out completely some time during the night of 7/26 citing no power and equipment error. By that point the door code had quit working and we could not lock from the outside. We packed up and left the morning of 7/27. We called leaving messages and texted her through the VRBO app before we left, but never heard back from her till 7/30 via a text on VRBO offering a refund of two days. I texted back saying that was not sufficient but to this point have not received any further messages nor any refund. So, needless to say really, it was not a good experience and ended up costing more to get last minute accommodations.

The property and unit were very clean. The unit has many thoughtful touches. It’s a high quality unit including an excellent bed. It’s beautifully put together. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurant.
