Bird House! Cozy cabin in the woods! With hot tub!

Ready to disconnect and relax? Grab a drink and hop in the hot tub, or build a fire in the firepit. Enjoy coffee and a book from the porch while watching the deer and other wildlife wander nearby.
Very convenient location! Only minutes from downtown Fort Payne, Mentone, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon. Very quiet cabin in the woods!
This cabin shares 20 acres in the woods with a few of our others. Each are spaced out to keep it private and relaxing! It was built in late 2019 and finished in early 2020. It is completely self-sufficient, fully-furnished with all appliances.
We now have Wi-Fi! So, if you *have* to work, or if you're needing to binge watch your favorite Netflix shows, you can now do so!
Each of our cabins have a private hot tub located on the covered back deck, a fire pit, and a campsite style charcoal grill. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils you should need to prepare your favorite meals if you're looking to stay in. We use Keurig pod coffee makers in each of our cabins, so grab your favorite blend!
This cabin has a queen size bed.
Things you should know!
All sheets and linens are provided.
We provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine tablet. We also provide a few K-cups to get you started.
According to your length of stay, you may want to bring extra coffee, detergents and garbage bags.
We do not provide any toiletries at this time.
Phone service can be limited, however, we have signal boosters in each of our cabins. AT&T and Verizon seem to work fine, though we have been told that T-Mobile/Sprint users didn't have signal. Having wi-fi now may allow many modern phones to operate over it.

My husband and I booked the cabin for out 7 year anniversary. The cabin is secluded but only about 10m to town for easy access to dining/entertainment. The property manager was very responsive and kind. We can't wait to book again next year for our anniversary!

5 year anniversary was perfect thanks to this amazing cabin. It was clean and my wife LOVED the hot tub. We are already looking at another stay here in the near future. Very secluded and even though it rained all week we still very much enjoyed every minute especially being able to see Desoto Falls, Little River and two waterfalls at Cloudland Canyon flowing very well.

My husband I really enjoyed celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at the BirdHouse cabin! It was very clean and private! Comfortable bed, couch and wonderful kitchen area! The hot tub was great for unwinding in the evening! Owners communicated all necessary information before our arrival. Would love to return and highly recommend to all!
