Beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach towels. Condo is conveniently located 20 minutes from RSW airport. CCC offers pay as you play golf, tennis courts, pickle-ball, and bocce. All amenities are included in the rental. Additional enjoyments such as massages, yoga classes, etc., are available for an additional fee. Three pools, (Clubhouse pool, South pool and neighborhood pool are all within walking distance). 20 miles to the beaches. Seasonal rental for January, February, and March preferred, however shorter stays will be considered (minimum 30 days). $320 membership transfer fee is payable to Colonial country club three months prior to occupancy, and a $150 application fee is payable to the condo association (Schoo Management).
