The views from this high rise condo are stunning. This 2000 +/- sq ft condo has ceramic tile, carpeting in the master bedroom, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The Ariel has 3 tennis courts (in addition to The Landings 13 tennis courts), a private fitness center, billiards & ping pong. The Landings is one of the most affordable waterfront communities anywhere, featuring an 18 hole executive golf course, 192-deep water slips, boat storage, competition-size pool w/lanes, 8 pickle-ball courts & 3 bocce courts, two restaurants, a community fitness center, riverfront picnic area and more.

There is a 3 month minimum rental. After a background check board approval is reequired.

Other Fees -

There is a $250 fee to transfer the Landings privileges (golf, tennis, fitness, kayaking and restaurant access)

There is a $100 fee for the Ariel application and a background check

There is a sales tax for rentals of less than 184 days collected and remitted by VRBO
