A Very Spacious and Nicely Decorated Accommodation
For a fairly large complex, this was a very quiet property. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the large laundry room. Also great to have two bathrooms when there are four people. It was a short drive to beautiful sunsets on hurricane shattered Ft Myers Beach and the really nice downtown center with interesting shops and many restaurants.

Great condo with everything you need
The condo is well equipped with everything you need including a beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs and a small cooler. The pool is beautiful we stayed 10 days and the pool company was there 3 times to check chemicals and clean the pool. the overall complex could use a little TLC but we were happy there

Great spot.
This was just the right place for me to stay while visiting family in N. FT. Myers. The condo has plenty of room and really great amenities. The pool was a very welcome feature. I recommend if you are arriving at night to have a flashlight to navigate the lockbox and keys. The entry hallway is not that bright - even during the day. Reasonably priced, I would stay again on my next visit.

Wasn’t in the greatest of neighborhoods and people played loud music constantly a dog was barking mostly every day the school was right next to the condo building very loud. A few mornings we had some homeless people use the swimming pool as their bath.

Sofa was in terrible shape, I killed 6 cockroaches, cold ot sit on the lanai without inhaling pot from the upstairs neighbors laundry facilities on premises were philthy, our host was not to accomadating with the cleanliness of her rental. I will be calling VRBO when I get home.

DON'T DO IT
It was one of the worst experiences i have had. The pool hasnt worked in about a year. It wasnt stated in the listing that i would be sharing the unit with anyone. Not to mentione the other ones would be ROACHES. Contacted property ower and she told me that the pool was being fixed.And evryone in Fort Meyers has roaxhes. In which was another lie. There is nothing in the listing that there would be a on going stobe light show going on the hole time. Meaning that every light in the unit flickered from the time you turned them to turning off. Contacted ower about the problem and was told everyone in Fort Meyer lights flicker lol. The place was dirty. All i can say is look elsewhere and save your time and money

At first it looked decent…but then the cockroach’s came out. They were everywhere in the kitchen. There were food wrapper and dirty socks in the sofa cushions. The bedrooms were decent - no bugs there. Same for the bathrooms.

Great place for a winter getaway
This condo on Maravilla was the perfect place for us to stay at during our winter escape from MN. Although the building is a bit older, the condo is well cared for and makes for a comfortable place to stay. The decor is a sort of World Market jungle theme but tastefully done. The king bed in the master was super comfortable, although the blankets were a bit thin during the nights of the cold snap that came through. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place and working with Kate. She was very responsive and accommodating when our travel plans were delayed by a blizzard. Thanks, Kate!

The unit was clean and adequate in size. Condo complex easy to find but the specific unit was hard to find since all entrances were from inside so you could see the unit number as we drive around. The furniture was good except one if the couches that was in terrible shape. I didn’t invite friends over because it would have been embarrassing. That was strange because everything else was in good condition

Pulling into the property on the side road next to it was very suspicious and unacceptable activity going on. I did not feel safe in the area nor was I going to leave my teenage children there while I went to watch my son play baseball. I communicated this with the host and got no response. I was hoping to at least get my cleaning fee back as we never even went into the property.. If you are looking for a safe place for a family, this is not going to be the place for you. And ZERO commutation with host after my concern

Well this place is cheap and you get what you pay for I suppose. Pretty trashy neighborhood (homeless walking around/trash in parking lot/bars on doors). Place reeks of mold, went to Walmart to buy febreeze.

Condo clean, but very dated. No cold water at kitchen, other faucets hard to work. The grounds was not very desirable, a lot of trash, pool was not very clean but useable. We had to buy cockroach bait. Other residents felt the same. I understand they had a hurricane 5 months ago, but clean up and repairs should be under way. Lastly Kate was very accommodating, and answered and took care of any questions.

Condo was okay.
We had a little difficulty finding the place. When we arrived, the oool had not been cleaned. It had leaves and debris in it. It is not located in the nicest neighborhood, but the condo was nice. It has bars on the door. The condo is nicely decorated. Has just one very thin blanket on the beds. The sheets did not fit the bed and constantly came off. Needs some much nicely pillows. We found two bugs m the bathroom and one on the kitchen counter. If you don’t spend a lot of time at the condo as I’m ourncase, it is sufficient for the price.

Our host was very attentive & timely with communication. Information was accurate & easy to follow. Place was clean & centrally located to Downtown Ft. Myers with lots of restaurants & shopping. Beach is about 15 miles away. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen & bathrooms (including pool towels). Parking is assigned so no issues there. Accommodations were reasonable, but beds were a little uncomfortable. Also the neighbors were not considerate of noise in the evening hours. I couldn't tell exactly where the noise was coming from or I would have asked the residents to be a little more respectful. I can't really hold the host accountable for the neighbors actions. Outside of those things, we had a great time!

Awful experience!!!
In more than 20 years traveling and renting through the USA, it has been an awful experience: 1. Rude host, that threat you to call the police if you have any inconvinient or issue to leave the property on time and over charge you without ask. 2. This place is full of cockroaches. 3. There is old and dark funitures to hide dirty. 4. People are smocking weed in the pool, awful odors. 5. The aisle to access the condo is dirty and full of mosquitoes. I do not recoment renting this property.
