Our neighborhood is a quite one. we are located just 15 minutes from South West Florida International airport. Easy ride to Fort Myers, Sanibel;, and Captiva beaches. 1 mile to Edison mall and 2 miles to Bell Tower Shops on US41 miles South. Great restaurants in just .5 miles. recreational parks 4 miles from location and 1.5 miles to the Thomas Edison Estates.

Could be better
This place could be really nice, however it was cleaned very well, there was long black hair in the shower on the floor by the sliding doors and on the drain, there was also, what looked to be urine on the floor around the toilet. Also was some dirty paper towels on the cabinet. There is a strange smell in there, could use some smell good plugins. I took pictures of the hair and urine around toilet.

Quick getaway

Excellent place to stay for price!
Christine and Edward's cottage is super cute and clean! It was everything we needed for our short stay. We needed a few extra towels and we received them super quick. Any communication was super quick! Would definitely recommend this place, and would stay again! You will not find a better place for the price!!

Perfect for my needs
For my needs the room was great the refrigerator and freezer is of nice size. Queen bed very comfortable. Very ample drawer and closet space. New shower head put in and works perfectly Something not mentioned in the listing is that the room has its own seperate entrance The only downside was tv uses a HD antenna which at best was iffy. However streaming services including Netflix etc were available on the tv with no charge. Exterior of the house and yard in poor condition due to hurricane damage but did not effect the room Owners were very responsive Good location. Fort myers beach a total mess Parking very adequate. Finally room air conditioner- wall unit worked not too accurately I would definitely rent there again because the price is well worth what you get

Everything is good!
It is a cozy room. We especially like the bed. Although it is soft but it is very comfortable. If you want to save money on renting a room for vacation, this is a good choice. The owner is always ready to help us. We will come back to live here again if we travel to Fort Myers again.

Great Stay
The room was very comfortable and very quiet. Just the right size room for my husband and me. The bed was very comfortable. If need to stay in Florida again will give them a call. Close to all the things you want to see in Fort Myers.

Booking was easy and convenient.Host was responding promptly. Small room,old furniture and shower presure almost non existend - Could not take a proper shower all 5 days of staying. Host said that presure is been a problem for years?! Wouldn't goo there again.

Nice Stay in a beautiful town.
Our stay here was good. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you are particular. The bed was comfortable. The fridge had ample room for drinks and other items. Plenty of towels and other toiletries. The gate was a little tricky to open, you need two hands or it will drag.

Great value in Ft Myers ateat
This is a wonderful guest suite to stay in. Private, lovely patio area, comfy bed, plenty of room in fridge for groceries, and centrally located to everything. Plenty of hot water, but water pressure was low while we were there, which wasn't an issue for us. The suite was extremely clean. Great communication with the owners who were very friendly and hospitable. Overall, an excellent value.

We found this gem for a stay in Fort Myers. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The property is in a residential neighborhood with restaurants, eateries and stores nearby. It is a short 45 minute drive to both Sanibel/Captiva Islands and Fort Myers Beach. The owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Nice get away
The owners where very nice, always checked if we needed something when we where staying there. It is just a room and bathroom but was very peaceful just having our space. Its not far from Fort Myers or downtown. Recommend to rent a vehicle a lot easier to get around.

Perfect place and hosts
Was my first time stay in a private house. I must say, i am absolutely surprised, how good a hotel alternative can be. On the other hand, it depends mostly on the hosts too. Both, Ed and Christine are absolutely nice and friendly persons. the room is very quite, very clean and located very well. I felt, like I was home, can highly recommend. I'll definitely come back again.
