Colonial Country Club is a friendly gated community that offers something for everyone.

There is a World-Class Golf course (pay as you play), clubhouse, restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center, many social activities, nature trails, eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce ball, and pickleball. The country club offers a beautiful resort-style pool, and you are also just a step away from the HOA neighborhood pool. HOA (Sandcastle – Mill Run II) limits tenants to one cat, otherwise no pets.

Close to many beaches including Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Spring Beach.

Beautiful condo in Colonial Country Club

I really enjoyed staying in this condo for the month of March 2023. It had all the amenities you could ask for and was convenient to activities in the Fort Myers area.
