Beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Fort Myers. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and 1 Bathtub. Within walking distance to Chipotle, Starbucks, the movies and more! 20 Minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown!

For baseball fans, we are only 5 miles to twins stadium and 8 minutes to JetBlue Park!

For colleges, we are only 2 miles away from FSW and 13 miles away from FGCU!

Open concept with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Huge back yard with gorgeous mature oak and deck for lounging!

Modest home in good location
The location was good for us-- close to baseball stadiums and other activities-- and the neighborhood was friendly and safe. There was a washer/dryer and TV, though these were not mentioned in the listing. The washer/dryer and the refrigerator worked well. The TV had no local channels or news channels.The home was clean, except the floor should probably be mopped. There were just 3 Keurig pods, and no bar soap in the master bathroom. The couches should be replaced, and the sliding glass door to the outside should be repaired or replaced.

Great for baseball events
We needed a quick spot for a weekend baseball tournament. More than enough space for a family of 4-5, very clean, and a back room with a ping pong table. Modern appliances, functioning a/c and plumbing… Big backyard, not too dressed up and not much to it otherwise. Great location for the baseball tournaments, within 20 mins of all fields. I’d definitely stay here again.
