Enjoy your morning coffee with a view in Estero Island Beach Villas! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open concept condo is located on the popular northern tip of the island. Immediately walking through the front door, you will become mesmerized by the picturesque views coming from almost every angle of the Gulf waters, beach, and pool area! This second-level living has beautifully tiled floors throughout, which pave the way to many updated features and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or grill out at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities!

Relaxing beach vacation!
Beautiful beach! Beautiful views! Nice pool! Great screened porch! Easy walk to great shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable accommodations. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 stars only because of slightly dated decor, but we were rarely in condo because the weather was so perfect.

The apartment was spacious, didn’t lack anything and it was in a great location as it had amazing views. The check in and out was easy. In the area are still present the damages that hurricane Ian left behind and this is the only negative note as going out and seeing drowned boats, destroyed property is not a sight for vacation.

Very nice condo
This is a very nice end unit condo. The only negatives were the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom and no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. Also, this condo will hold six people. We only had two, but if you have 4 or six there is not enough seating on the balcony. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay here

Nice getaway
First, the property is exactly as described and pictured. It was on the second floor, directly above the beach access and at the end of the building. This made it relatively quiet and very accessible with a good view. Everything needed was available and the rooms were comfortable. The fact that it was on the north end of the island, close enough to town, but away from the action, was a plus for us. We would consider this property again.

Great week
We had a great time while staying here. The beach is great for riding bikes or just taking a walk at sunset. The weather behaved for us every day and did not disappoint with rain. We did have a couple nights with a pretty good thunderstorms that came up after sunset. That was pretty cool since we seldom get those in Central Ca. We have already made plans to return in March next year. We will most likely stay here if it is available during the time we plan. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to be right on the beach.

Only had one chair on balcony , and the water in master bath would not get hot. also no pot holders for baking, and paint the wall above the door.

A room with a view, a gorgeous view!
The windows give a full view of the beach and location is great. You can walk to the main shopping area, and the beach is nice and wide. The furniture is very comfortable throughout except for the screen porch. The chairs are falling apart and missing a cushion. The kitchen had everything we needed except for the can opener, which was broken. We were able to borrow one from a neighbor. Overall, I recommend for a group of 5 or less. Plenty of room and the split plan gives privacy. We were very careful to close the curtains at night for the turtles, yet someone reported us for leaving a porch light on, which we did not even turn on. That was upsetting as we love turtles and would never want to harm them.

Too Hot
Upon arrival, the condo was quite warm in temperature. We just assumed the air conditioner had recently been turned on. We barely slept the first night, the apartment was just too hot to be comfortable. It just so happens that the thermostat is permanently set to 72f. With the weather outside being over 90, the entire stay was very uncomfortable. I payed way too much money to stay in a hot place! Also they only issued us one parking permit, this is ridiculous. My son had to park his car in a parking garage which ended up costing him $200! I was very unsatisfied with our stay, will never go back!

Property was right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants but far enough away for quiet at night. Property could use additional 12-14 oz drinking glasses and brighter light bulbs in the lamps.

Perfect family vacation spot
We loved our stay at the Beach Villas! The view and the beachfront location can’t be beat. The heated pool was really nice and our kids loved it. Condo was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook meals in. We also appreciated the free trolley rides into the main part of town, made eating out simple! Only drawbacks were no parking options for a second rental car and only one beach chair and umbrella, we had to buy extra or rent ourselves. Overall an awesome place!! Thank you!

The property was really nice, worked for what we needed. It’s a little walk to the square, but not bad. The beach was nice and clean. Would recommend renting beach chairs, etc. There were none in the unit. Property owner sent plenty of information and suggestions for things to do in the area
