Casa Margarita- Located at 552 Palermo Circle, Casa Margarita is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom recently completed residence on Fort Myers Beach's most desirable street. Just feet from the beach, downtown, and easy on/off island access and proximity to Margaritaville's multiple restaurants and shops, this home will make an excellent choice for your next vacation. Outfitted with only the finest furnishings and finishes, guests will find themselves pampered in the lap of luxury at Casa Margarita!

The Space:
Casa Margarita features three bedrooms and two bathrooms configured as follows:

Bedroom Configurations
Master Bedroom- King Bed, en-suite patio and master bathroom access
Guest Bedroom 1- King bed, en-suite patio access
Guest Bedroom 2- Full/twin bunk bed
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

Bathroom Configurations
Master Bathroom- Dual vanities and shower/tub combo (en-suite master bedroom access)
Guest Bathroom- Dual vanities and walk in shower (hallway access)

There is an outdoor pool that was added in February of 2025.

Things to note: Guests will not have access to the garages. The washer and dryer room is located on the bottom floor of the home and guests will be provided access to this room using a keypad lock code.

Guests have access to the whole upstairs of the property

Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental car, but neither is needed to enjoy this home and all Fort Myers Beach has to offer

Guests must complete a rental agreement. Please note that this property is non-smoking (on premises or decks) and features an exterior facing camera aimed at the front driveway. We recommend that guests wishing to smoke do so in their car or on the street side of this property.

Nicely renovated and a good value
We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach, the restaurants and bars made this especially convenient while being tucked away enough that the neighborhood was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The renovations that we completed were done to a high quality and it was apparent that a good deal of thought went into them. In addition, when comparing pricing to others in the area the per person/bedroom rate made this a nice value.
