Welcome to Santa Maria Resort condos. Located on the south end of Fort Myers Beach next to Villa Santini plaza on the waterway to the back bay. Easy beach access across the street. This condo is tastefully decorated and perfect for up to 4 guests. Bathrooms have been redone as well as kitchen with new granite countertops and appliances, everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Master suite has a king size bed and two twin beds in the guest room.
New full size washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks the canal and boat slips. You may even catch a glimpse of the manatees that frequent the warm canal waters. There is a large resort style heated pool and spa. Deck with grilling area and plenty of open parking. Boat rentals next door and miles and miles of white sandy beach. Minimum 3 night rental May through November, rest of the year 7 night minimum. The perfect getaway spot to relax, enjoy and unwind. Why wait, book your stay in paradise now!

Perfect for Family Trip
It was a PERFECT trip to FMB. The pool was clean and inviting with ample seating and sun. The unit has TVs in every room, good space and seating (table and couches) for family of four. Nice balcony for morning coffee and so peaceful. Friendly guests to chat with by pool. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay
Very nice! Enjoyed our stay. Hoping to stay again there next year for a longer period Only complaint was that we did find baby roaches in the garbage area. Also, could not get hot water in the main shower
