Enjoy the southern end of Fort Myers Beach in this 2-level condo overlooking the canal. The lower level features a full kitchen, living area, half bath, and screened patio lanai for coffee and cocktails. Upstairs you'll find the King Suite, twin room, and guest bath. The King Suite features its own private lanai. The unit comes with its own covered parking space.

Located in the Bay Beach neighborhood, it's perfect for those who enjoy a morning walk, jog, or bike ride. Guests will love hanging out at the pool to cool off after a warm day. Santini Plaza is within walking distance and features shopping, restaurants, plus the farmers market on Tuesdays and Thursdays from October - April.

Royal Pelican
The unit was comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with most everything. Outside repairs were being done which left walk ways dirty and tracked in the house. Could use a vacuum to help clean. Only real issue is water pressure. The shower which is really done nice has rain fall type shower head which is more like a mister. And, the water does not get very hot. Had to call mgt company several small issues. Response was excellent

Nice and quiet
I liked the quiet location that is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The building could use some updating but the condo was in great shape. My only complaint is the traffic jams on Estero Blvd.
