We are so very lucky compared to so many others on the
Estero island from Ian hurricane destruction in 9/2023. The resort has just reopened to owners and owner’s guests on March 30th. At this time, however, all the wonderful property amenities are still somewhat limited, but each month that passes shows more progress toward completion.

Thanks to perfect beachfront location, there is a gorgeous view of the Gulf from nearly every direction. The best place to watch our world-famous sunsets, however, is from the comfort of your top floor screened-in lanai! Imagine the fun of sipping a drink on this lanai as you watch the Florida sun sink behind the Gulf waters or sipping a cup of your favorite morning coffee as you watch the dolphins play. It's a front row seat on one of nature's best shows that changes every minute.

Estero Island's hospitality blends perfectly with the Hawaiian atmosphere at this Gulf front resort. The warm Florida sun, the peaceful sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, and a tranquil, unhurried ambiance leave you relaxed and refreshed. Just sit back and relax by the pool or on the quiet /uncrowded beach but still be near many restaurants and night spots as well as its shops and boutiques.. Visit Fort Myers, about 20 minutes northeast, Naples about 26 miles south, or perhaps just a few miles south, spend the day at Lovers Key State Park, home to West Indian manatees, bottlenose dolphins, roseate spoonbills, marsh rabbits, and bald eagles. You are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and marina or just take a short ride on the beach trolley to Times Square and The Pier.

The condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Myers Beach coastline, bay areas, Sanibel Island and gorgeous sunsets. The best location in southwest Florida. Direct access to the gulf, 7 miles of white sandy beaches and the estuary where native birds feed daily. Herons, egrets, pelicans, osprey and roseate spoonbills are plentiful, playful and beautiful. Dolphins enjoy the pristine waters of the gulf and can be seen from your screened lanai all times of the day. Sunsets are absolutely breathtaking and different each time . if you’re lucky you may be able to see the green flash!

Our condo offers 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed with a screened lanai/balcony that is situated on 2nd or 3rd floor directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico shoreline on South Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) , Florida. The condo unit can accommodate up to four (4) adult guests. The unit has an efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, cook top, microwave, and cookware/dishware with utensils so that our guests feel completely at home while on vacation. Our favorite place to rest and relax is either the resort’s large common heated pool area with hot tub (neither of which will be open yet) or on the beach itself just a few steps away from your condo. .

This condo resort complex on the Gulf beach consists of only 44 total condo units arranged in horseshoe shape configuration (see complex plot shown in pics) that forms the common courtyard pool area for all the owners/guests to enjoy. The condo complex is just two stories high of condo with limited parking underneath so you never waste your precious vacation time finding a parking spot.

Here are some of the other highlighted amenities that can be found in the common courtyard area for the guest/owners (some amenities are temporary not available as we recover from Ian hurricane damage):

Large outdoor HEATED and lighted Pool (some say the largest & nicest pool on the entire Estero Island). Just newly resurfaced pool and surrounding pavers, chairs, and umbrella tables. All new heater and pool equipment installed in Feb '24.
