Important Note: This apartment had no damage from hurricanes in 2024. Everything is perfect here. Beaches are beautiful, pool is relaxing and welcoming. Thankfully the island restaurants and bars are also back up and going in fun island style!

Beaches are beautiful and our brand new pool is complete and ready to enjoy.

Be one of the first to enjoy this complete remodel renovation. No expense was spared here. Top quality memory foam mattresses with high end bed linens for a restful sleep. Fresh and fluffy hospitality towels for both bath and beach.

The Space:
Spacious two bedroom two bath apartment with large breezy front screen porch.

This apartment boasts a large newer kitchen with all of the conveniences. Huge center Island With beautiful quartz countertop for gathering and dining.

Attached spacious living room has comfortable, sleeper sofa and additional seating.

Master bedroom with King extremely comfortable memory foam bed. Large walk-in closet and brand newly updated tile bathroom with double sinks.

Second bedroom, King memory foam comfortable bed.

Guest Access:
On-site laundry free for guest use.
Propane grill for guests use

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away. 5 minute walk to Fort Myers Beach access #23

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

New Year's Getaway
We had a great getaway to kick off 2025! The location is great and the amenities were everything that waswere listed. This is a great place to enjoy Fort Meyers Beach, but still maintain some privacy.
Stayed 4 nights in Dec 2024
