The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a king bed and guest bedroom features two twin beds. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer. There is no garage access for parking but guests may park in the front driveway.

NOTE- The upstairs apartment is booked separately and guests will not have access to the upstairs portion of this duplex OR THE POOL.

Disclaimer- Pool renovation occurring from approximately October 15th-November 30th. Bookings during this time may not have use of the pool and spa and may experience some noise during the day from work being performed on this area. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire ground level apartment, but not the upstairs apartment or pool area.
