This is an beautiful property. It looks like a brand new property and it is 6 years old. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at!

We were at this property for less than 9 hours and we had the worst experience. The hotel staff called our room at 2:30 in the morning waking my entire family and yelling at me demanding that we come downstairs because "our payment was denied". We booked through third party and our payment went through just fine. Come to find out she was trying to call a different room. She never apologized and continued to yell at me and hung up on me. The hotel offered nothing to make it right except a free drink from the snack station. I would have been happy with an apology at the very least.

Thanks to Microsoft issues computers didn't work, but staff went above and beyond to minimize affect. We checked in around 11pm and Lady at front desk was running and opening rooms for everyone in hotel. And hotel was fully booked. Great effort!!! Clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, plenty of parking, well maintained hotel. No question we will stay here again.

After having our room canceled at Hampton Inn (because we booked through a 3rd party), we booked at Fairfield Inn at the last minute. I'm so happy we did. The room was clean, beds comfortable and a good breakfast in the morning.

Internet was off and on, tv channels were very limited and no staff seemed to be able to remedy this. Our last couple of days we couldn’t get into our room. Had to find staff if we left.
