Arrived at 3:15, Difficulty at check in. Assigned and entered occupied room. Was told another would be cleaned and be available in about 30 minutes which I considered reasonable. After checking with staff several times, we got in our room at 4:45. Bill as incorrect at check out. Chatted on line for hrs before verbally talking with someone who corrected the issue promptly, which I appreciated. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The gym was small but had the right equipment, the games in the lobby kept my kids busy, but an older crowd does tend to stay here. Just be aware you will get phone calls/noise complaints about your children running in the room around 8/9pm - that was not pleasant as it was a vacation for my kids where I expected they would have more freedom to be kids and play. But on the bright side the kids loved the breakfast options and the 24/7 coffee was a hit for me!

The room was clean and spacious. My wife and I are in our seventies. We were actually shocked to find only one chair in the room, a desk chair at a small desk. The room could easily handle a couple of regular chairs of a couch and yet one of us only had a bed as an option. This is outrageous! Additionally, for the first time in my travels, I was unable to connect to the internet. After multiple attempts, and with no seats, I simply spent my last evening ever in thie Tru by Hilton which is untrue to travelers.
