"Property locked upon arrival. No communication of any kind re checking in, no email, no return of multiple phone calls at all. I needed to find another hotel and seek a full refund, which was given by Expedia. Terrible travel experience, beware."

Much further from NYC than listed & Unexpected Guests
"The space itself was as pictured, that's about as accurate as our stay got. The post says 20 mins from time square but it's 45-1 hr on transit and about the same in an Uber. Upon check in we were told to lie to neighbors about why we were staying there - strike one. That's putting us in a very uncomfortable ..."
