Front desk was super helpful with our early check in. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We had a small problem in the bathroom and maintenance came immediately and fixed it quickly. Very happy.

The hotel suite floors had not been mopped in quite some time. This is evidenced by the amount of dirt on the bottom of our slippers by the day of checkout. We had to throw them away because we did not want to soil the items in our suitcases. MOP THE FLOORS in the hotel rooms!
