The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality dishes, silverware, pots and pans, basic condiments, and a convenient coffee maker.

As you venture outside, you'll be greeted by a spacious patio that overlooks the picturesque waterfront. Take a dip in the private heated pool nestled in the backyard or indulge in the soothing hot tub, all while enjoying the serene surroundings.

In addition to these remarkable features, our home offers an array of amenities to ensure a delightful stay. Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi. A washer and dryer are available to make your stay even more comfortable. Plus, central air conditioning guarantees a pleasant atmosphere, no matter the weather. Fresh towels and linens are also provided for your comfort.

With three inviting bedrooms, your sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
