Brief Holiday
We will absolutely be booking through them, and this property again in the future. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and guiding us as we prepared for our first family vacation with kids. He made great recommendations on where to go for certain items to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall a great experience, great property, and great vacation!

Disappointing
I will start by saying that this was our 4th stay in South Florida via VRBO. Until now, the description of the property were pretty much spot-on. However, this time was a disappointing exception. The pictures do not tell the true story. First of all, the property needs an immediate renovation/renewal. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the paint is peeling all over the property, the appliances are at least 25 years old and the mattresses have lost all their firmness. The sofa and rug in the living room are worn out and haven’t been steam cleaned in years. If that was not enough, we found the property in FILTHY condition upon arrival - the kitchen was dirty, the cabinets and countertop were terribly greasy. The floors all over the house were sticky and the closets had so much dust in them, that we refrained from unpacking our belongings. The kitchen had rugs that had oil and grease stains. The shower in the master bedroom was clogged. I will note that when we contacted Jonathan, the property manager, he reacted swiftly and sent a cleaning crew and plumber the next day. The cleaners worked for 2-3 hours to clean the residence. We had them remove the rugs and cover the sofas with clean sheets. However, it should have not come to this. Finally, I will note that the outdoor facilities were gorgeous! The pool was clean and heated. I think that if the owner were to invest in renewing the house, it would be a true gem. Until then, this definitely NOT a premier property.

Great family spot!
This is well loved home! Plenty of space for hanging out, plenty of room to sleep and the pool was AMAZING for our family. We spent most of our time in the water as traffic is pretty heavy around this area. The Publix is so close! Made it easy to get food there and the kids didn’t have to leave the pool. Private bedroom in the back was great for grandparents. It would be nice to have a tv in the back private suite. We had a wonderful stay!!!!

Great house/pool/outdoor area - poor communication
The property was very good overall. The outdoor space we used extensively during all hours of the day and it was just excellent! The house was well appointed, had some good space, plenty of beds/options to host two families and we enjoyed the location. There was NO communication from Evolve Travel, who manages the property locally until 10 minutes prior to our check in time for the home which was maddening after we'd arrived in South Florida hours earlier. The only other negative was the outdoor grill had 2 of 4 burners working. Overall, great home, pool, amenities and location.

Nice but thought would be a bit better for the cost
The cleanliness of the outside property was good. The inside could use a thorough deep cleaning. The outside garbages were overflowing full when we arrived. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towel, had to go buy our own. (As nothing was plump full when arrived) The bikes were in need of repair - contacted the manager of property and he did come and get handled next day. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. The heated pool was the most beautiful and clean. Overall our experience was good. Definitely needs a few tweaks. (Especially for the cost.) Would shop around a bit more next time.

Incredible stay!
This house was fantastic! The pool was the perfect temperature and incredibly clean — the yard was absolutely beautiful with the landscaping, lighting, and multiple areas to sit/hang out. Beds were so comfortable with spacious rooms and closets. Bathrooms and linens were very clean. There were a ton of high quality JBL speakers provided as well which were so handy for all of the rooms. It was the perfect getaway!! Saving this listing for sure!

The property was clean and had plenty of towels, etc for the bathrooms. The only down side was the hot tub wasn’t very hot and we weren’t able to turn it on and the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

I LOVED THIS HOUSE AND I WILL COME AGAIN..
It was So easy to get in the house with the keypad.. it was the perfect spot because nun of the neighbors was to close to the house so you have complete privacy. They have 3 JBL speakers toys for the pool and the yard is just beautiful. At night the hole yard lights up. My only problem was that the spa wasnt working if they can get they back working it would be everything. But overall it's a nice spot clean and we had a blast and look forward to coming back!

Location couldn’t be more perfect. Refrigerator smelled like fish. House took a long time to cool off . Pool wasn’t clean and we chose not to use it. Three Bedroom fans did not work. One shower knob didn’t work so it was only cold water. The outside area was beautiful and house was decorated nicely. Just needs some things fixed.

Our family enjoyed our stay for 6 days at Christmas! The home was beautiful inside and out. We spent a lot of time outside around the pool on the outdoor patio. The 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and large family room and kitchen made was perfect for our family. The home was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The Resort
The house is very comfortable with plenty of gathering spaces in and out. We spent most of our time outside lounging by the pool enjoying the balmy Fort Lauderdale air. The location is ideal, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property
This home was perfect! The design and decor was gorgeous. Well appointed, comfortable and inviting. We especially enjoyed being able to lounge on the incredible patio - the landscaping is out of this world. The kitchen and dining area eased the flow of conversation, and the speakers throughout the home kept the party going! I would highly recommend for families, couples traveling with other couples, or a friends' getaway. Jonathan was a tremendous host! I guess my ONLY fries would be that there aren't TVs in all of the bedrooms. Everyone may not want to watch TV in their bedroom, but its a nice option to have… just in case. We will definitely return!

Home away from home.
This property was just as amazing as the listing indicates and the pictures detail, plus more. The home was comfy, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The home amenities were in abundance and we lacked for absolutely nothing. The neighborhood is serene and quiet and we were just a 5 minute ride from the beach. The star of the home was definitely the pool area. The pool area is expertly landscaped with several seating options and the pool was clean and well maintained. My kids had an amazing time. They literally had to peeled from the pool at night. The pool area was beautifully lit at night and made for some wonderful night time eating (minus) the mosquitoes. Communication with property management was excellent. This was the perfect home away from home which made for a very memorable vacation. Top notch property!!

Dual Celebration trip with family
If you want to stay in a quiet, relaxing place that is close to everything you can possibly need (beach, shopping, groceries, local restaurants, etc.) then this is your place. The owners were quick to respond to my messages (no negative inquiries by the way). The house was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. The layout was great; beds were super comfortable after a long day of ripping and running around in the South Florida sun. The pool and yard experience was phenomenal! The landscaping and fence provided optimal privacy. Less than 5-minute drive to stores and shopping just around the corner. Beach is less than a 10-minute drive away. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

We just did my sons first birthday here and it was the best. Between the pool and the house all our family loved the privacy they had while we could all enjoy each others company! I can’t recommend this stay enough !
