Perfect location, awesome beautiful views, plenty of restaurants to walk to. Our host David is the perfect host, had every essentials in the condo, best perks were the included parking & beach pass during our stay. The condo was cozy, comfortable & relaxing. Definitely will return again.

A Perfect Getaway!
The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with amazing balcony views of the ocean and a less than 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach chair service and on-site gated parking were huge perks and made our week stress-free! The owner, David, thought of every last detail and was always reachable before and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our beach vacation!

We had an amazing time here. Everything we wanted for our getaway vacation. Perfect unit directly across from Deerfield Beach, Chairs and Umbrella set up for us, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Davids unit was exactly as described and he was available at all times to assist us if needed.

Deerfield Beach Paradise
Our Memorial Day weekend getaway at 204 Ocean Club Beach Resort was spectacular! The accommodations were perfect and the location and view were perfect. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning with coffee and the moonrise every night with a glass of wine on the balcony. The luxury of just walking out the door and across the street to be on the beach was fantastic and the added bonus of having 2 folding chaise lounge chairs, a table and an umbrella, that comes with the unit already set up every day at the beach was incredible. Needless to say we will be back and hope to be on Dave's frequent guest list. He is a pleasure to work with. His communication skills are impeccable and he is very accommodating.

Great Location!
The condo unit is as pictured (very comfortable, has all the necessities of home). The location is in the heart of Deerfield Beach and is walking distance to many restaurants. Publix is a short drive away. The beach and the one mile boardwalk are excellent. The palm trees and ocean breeze made for a pleasant daily walk. The beach pass provided by the owner is a real plus (umbrella and chairs provided daily on the beach). The property's exterior steps, walkways and railings need some attention and painting. This is an HOA responsibility. We had a great stay and understand why people keep coming back here!

Great location and wonderful view of the beach and pool from the 2nd floor balcony. Property is nicely furnished, well maintained and a gated community which was great. Beautiful area of Deerfield Beach that is walking distance to the pier and various restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and available. Providing two beach chairs and beach umbrella as a “perk” on the beach was amazing ! If you are looking for a great location this is the place! We would prefer at least a Queen size bed vs two full beds but I would still rent this place in the future. Thank you David !

This is the perfect Florida beach vacation rental
My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was exactly what we hoped for. The location was absolutely perfect and we loved just walking across to the beach, plus not having to deal with carrying beach chairs or umbrellas which was such a nice touch. Walk-able restaurants choices were great and we loved walking on the pier. The rental had everything we needed and was super-clean - even the laundry room (on the same floor) was fantastic! The beds were super-comfy. But the view - we absolutely loved the view! Stop looking and just book this rental. It's AMAZING!

We stayed at this wonderful condo for 2 weeks in July and it was amazing! The condo has everything you need and a big bonus of chairs and umbrella already setup for you at the beach every day . The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo is located right in the middle of everything (restaurants, shopping, activities, Pier) and the location is great for walking along the beach. We just loved the place and we're already planning for our next trip. Also, the owner is great! Very attentive to your needs and available if needed. If you have any doubts about booking this condo don't second guess it's awesome!

David is the perfect host! The condo is comfortably furnished and offers all we needed for a fine two-week vacation in an outstanding locale. David is responsive and attentive, but not overbearing. We are avid readers so lighting seemed a little lean in both the living room and the bedroom. Check-in process was efficient, but because of flight delays, we checked in after dark and there are no lights by either of the gates we needed to enter. But that's the condo association's responsibility, not individual condo owners. We'll be back, for sure!

Relaxing!
Deerfield Beach is such a gem - a beach town the way we remember beach towns! This was our first year to stay in this property and we loved it - the setting is perfect - just behind the beach with an unobstructed view - and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The building is small and people are friendly - a lovely little community - and very well maintained. The condo is decorated tastefully with lovely furniture and fixtures that contributes to a relaxing ambiance. Our style is to eat in two meals most days, alternating lunch/brunch with dinner out, so we were delighted with the well appointed kitchen that gave us everything we needed. And room for my bicycle! The beach pass, great bathrooms, lovely beds, TV's - all great. Looking forward to next year!

Restful, relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
We had such a nice week stay at this condo. The owners were the best we have ever rented from. Reached out to us prior to our stay and provided helpful information about the condo and the area. The condo was impeccable and the building has it’s own gated parking lot. I wanted a place we could cook so we could make healthy meals and this kitchen was fully stocked. We just had to buy the food! (Publix is about 3 min away). The view of the beach while I cooked was great. Beds were comfortable and two full bathrooms was a plus. The pavered path across the street is about 3/4 mile and great for a morning walk or run alongside the beach. The Pier and several restaurants and bars are a few steps away as well. Great place to stay in Deerfield Beach
Of the 50 or so VRBO's I have booked I would rate this one in the top 3. I judge properties on 3 factors.1) Communication/responsiveness of owner, 2) Are my expectations of the unit met or exceeded, 3) The overall area. On all 3 ratings I would give 5 stars. The owner David treated us more like family than a renter. While we needed nothing, he offered everything to make our stay enjoyable. The place itself exceeded our expectations as it was comfortable, quiet, and incredibly well stocked with all the staples you would expect, but sometimes never receive in a rental. A unique little touch was all the hooks he installed in the bathrooms that made it easy to hang wet bathing suits, towels or clothes. The unit is also 100 steps from the beach and 15 feet above the pool, so anyway we wanted to enjoy the water was easily accessible. Plus, included with the unit was beach chair service so we did not have to drag any chairs umbrellas etc. to the beach. This was a big plus. Regarding the area my only concern before we booked was possible street noise but but there was none. The days were lively and interesting people watching on the beach, the nights quite and safe enough for a leisurely stroll down the promenade paralleling the beach. 100 yards and beyond to the north, were plenty of restaurants, and 100 yards and beyond to the south was a quieter, laid back part of the beach. Lastly, the area was very safe IMO for Covid issues, and we as older renters (plus 60) felt very comfortable whether on the beach, street or in many nearby restaurants, or just a 3 miles up the road in downtown Boca. I highly recommend this unit.
