Spacious Home, RESTRICTIVE/ SCAMMED property
We had 2 OTHER parties show up stating they rented the house on the SAME DAY & TIME as us. Im going to assume they were scammed, however it caused problems for my party. Police were called and allowed us to stay because we were there FIRST, however uninvited guests kept showing up all night. Which caused a parking issue, which resulted in code enforcement trying to shut our party down! The reservation NEVER STATED that ONLY 4 cars were allowed at property, so that caused an issue for my guests as well. The reservation rules said we could have up to 20 guests maximum but then code enforcement said we could only have 12. The door lock was broken and kept falling off which resulted in a screeching alarm each time. There are NO CURTAINS/PRIVACY at home. You are rotally exposed to everyone thru the windows. We experienced many issues that could have been avoided, if the rules were listed in the reservation. Nonetheless, we made the best of it. The home was WELL STOCKED AND THIS WAS APPRECIATED. It was cleaned but residue of previous parties, were visible (old tape on walls, ceiling, etc). Overall my family enjoyed the home.
