Great Holiday Vacation
The house has everything you need for a family vacation! I have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked with everything from pool toys to every kitchen appliance/tool you would need for a holiday family dinner. Highly recommend this home.

This house was prefect and the owner really has hought of everything! It's beautifully decorated inside and out. The outdoor area was wonderful for hosting extended family (that stayed elsewhere) over for dinner one night. Close to beach, nearby shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Once again a wonderful stay at Aqua Vista. Property management the best. Lovely home in great location. Friendly neighborhood. You do need transportation to get to the shops and restaurants but you can walk to the beach.

Family visit on pompano
We have been visiting south Florida for years. Love the pompano area and being close to our family in the area. The house was great. We cook and the kitchen had all we needed (could use a salad spinner) The out door area made the home. Look forward to booking again next year !

A Real Kitchen!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay. We cooked most nights - the kitchen was amazing. Great top-end appliances and every kitchen utensil you could wish for! Great bathrooms, plenty of towels etc. Very organized with instructions and all the information provided at your finger tips to get settled quickly.

Great property!
This is the best property we’ve ever been too. We enjoyed the heated pool and watching movies under the hut outside in the evening. The neighborhood is safe - lots of locals walking their dogs or taking health walks. The private parking for the beach is definitely a plus! The only thing that was not perfect from our standpoint was the location, just because we could not walk to a restaurant. We are very happy with our stay! We strongly recommend this place!!

First time with VRBO excellent experience.
House exactly as listed. Very clean with everything you need.Perfect for us and our 2 dogs. House in a very safe friendly neighborhood. Property management excellent!! Very short distance to the beach with private access a real bonus. You do need a car to go to the shops and restaurants. Already booked for next year.

Winter Escape
Backyard cabana and pool are awesome. Upscale appliances throughout. Lovely neighbourhood with short walk to the beach. Not a lot of direct sunlight in the backyard if you like tanning and some of the outdoor loungers need to be updated. Short drive to the town. Overall great stay and would come back.

Great house with an even better outside entertaining area!
The house was clean and updated very well. There was plenty of things to support you during your stay. LOTS of towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, stocked kitchen and items needed for daily living. The outside area is amazing. We spent 90% of our time there outside in the gazebo with the TV, in the pool, and relaxing in the lounge chairs. As a bonus, the beach access is clutch. It was within a half mile walk, but also has a small parking lot that was always empty. The beach was nice and not crowded at all. We had a 6 and 8 year old there, and they loved the house, the pool, beach and everything we did. Highly recommend the house and location.

Perfect beach house!
We've rented many houses in the Pompano/Ft. Lauderdale area over the years, and this one is our favorite. The backyard was awesome with the tiki hut, grill, and the pool...we spent tons of time out there. The inside was an Ikea showroom. Everything was new and the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there were more pool and beach chairs, floats, etc. than we knew what to do with. Constructive criticism: the king mattress (or maybe the bedframe) need to be addressed. There was a "peak" in the middle and we struggled not to roll off either side of the bed. Either way, this is a fantastic rental and we'll be back!

A Lovely Stay
The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked,although a ice maker would have been nice or at least a few more ice trays. The private beach was awesome but the beach chairs were pretty beat up. We could only use two of the five. Overall we would highly recommend this property. It is so conveniently located.

Nice property
Loved the location and the house except for the mosquitoes were serious outside by the tiki hut. I have lived in Florida since 1964 and I have to say these guys were vicious. Would like to see something done about them. Probably live in the brush on top of the tiki. But enjoyed the house and pool and would recommend it better if they could control those mosquitoes.
