The beautiful and newly renovated apartments and studios at Sunset Garden Apartments are the perfect getaway in the optimum location just few blocks away from the beach, fine dining and all the action of Pompano Beach.
The space
The apartments and studios have a minimalistic design with a unique distribution and comfort, plus all the necessary amenities.

* FREE PARKING SPACES outside of the property. Self-Parking. You don't need a parking permit tag.
* COMMON AREA LAUNDRY ROOM from 4pm to 9am.
* FULL KITCHEN with mini stainless-steel refrigerator (NO freezer), regular coffee maker, 2 flat range stove without oven, built-in microwave, large stainless-steel sink, sufficient dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in the kitchen for maximum occupancy.
* BABY CRIB (FEE $15 PER STAY)

Self-Check In is available any time after 3PM. The keypad lock combination will be provided at 12pm the same day of your arrival date and after the previous guests have checked out.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AN EARLY CHECK IN AND A LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL THE SAME DAY. We need enough time to clean the apartment following the Covid-19 Cleaning Guidelines so please send your inquiry the same day to check the availability.

Mostly clean, short communication
The apartment is in a great location and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I found out too late that they even had a beach umbrella and chairs! The prices too rent at the beach are astronomical so that’s a nice plus! I had to call the office once and the communication was professional but nothing beyond. They hang up pretty fast and didn’t leave me time to ask anything more or share 2-3 little things.

The Hostel
We referred to the room as the hostel….the bathroom is very small. The fridge was more of a ice box…. The ice cube tray did not fit in the portion of the box that was considered the freezer, The cook top was was not cleaned appropriately and as a result has rusted over. The laundry facility was not cleaned and organized until the end of our stay but I was happy to have access to it to wash our sheets, towels and personal items. We were not too keen that the room had to be accessed for bug spraying but it was definitely required. The room, over all, provided us with a safe place to sleep. Parking availability was never an issue and it is walking distance to the beach. The owner was reachable and responsive.
