Just as advertised. The place was beautiful and clean. The proximity to the beach was great! The communication with Rocky and Hope was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone, especially couples or small parties.

A little slice of heaven!!
This property was perfect for our little getaway! Not only was it gorgeous, but also clean and had a ton of amenities! And the privacy of the property (especially the back patio with outdoor shower) was a welcome bonus! Definitely recommend!

My first stay using VRBO. The place was amazing! The house is so beautiful and very clean. Loved the games that are provided and the outdoor areas and reading room. So many amenities and so close to a semi private beach. Loved using the bikes and beach supplies. The hosts are very thoughtful. Would definitely love to go back.

Absolutely an amazing home!!! Cozy, beautifully decorated with everything you need. In a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. We loved staying here and would highly recommend to others!

Great location with nearby amenities - beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Rocky and Hope were very helpful and available as needed. Unit included everything needed for beach excursions (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, mats). Bicycles also included.

We loved our stay at this property. Every detail was well thought out for the comfort and convenience of the guests. From the coffee to the extra towels to the bicycles and beach bags, Rocky provided everything one could want for a perfect day at the beach! We will definitely look forward to a return visit!

Beautiful home just steps from the beach.
Beautiful, immaculately clean and inviting. Rocky was friendly and welcoming. The home was well equipped and beautiful. Only a very short walk to the beach and many restaraunts. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is just amazing! It’s clean, fully stocked, and is in an unbelievable location! Even with only one bedroom, there is plenty of sleeping space! We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

Prefect getaway house
We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy yet modern beach house. Very close to everything. It's on a quiet street and very close to the beach. The backyard is prefect for that romantic dinner or just relaxing after a beach day. Overall, very satisfied with everything.

Perfect Family Getaway
What drew us to this property were the excellent reviews...and when we arrived we were not disappointed! This place was the most awesome beach house for our family of 5 to rest and relax. We loved how close we were to the beach, and the wagons and chairs provided were a huge bonus. It was super easy to communicate with the owners, and they were fantastic about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful spring break away from the Iowa winter!

Awesome hosts
Both Hope and Rocky were just amazing! And the location is great in comparison to the beach however can get a bit busy on weekends. Oh so awesome location close to the intercoastal where there’s a great restaurant called TIki tiki. We had an amazing relaxing time and we’re so thankful for the opportunity.
