I called in the morning to ask about an early check-in and was told that would be possible…but they didn’t want my name or reservation number which was odd. When we arrived around 1 pm, it was very difficult to find me an appropriate room with two beds. It took three people consulting, both computers, and quiet asides to finally find something…with one bed and a handicap room with no bathroom counter. Not a great way to plan ahead when someone calls and asks for early check-in.

D’Vontae and Kiran checked me in and their service throughout my 5day stay was top notch. This was my first hotel stay in almost 10 years and because of the way I was treated I’m not going back to the bed and breakfast. This hotel is located close to everything and I will certainly be staying there again.
