The staff were wonderful. The hall and rooms needed some deep cleaning, there was a musty smell in my room. It’s the least expensive stay around that area so for the price, it’s fine.

It looks like this property was recently renovated and our room was really nice for a Motel 6. The staff were pleasant and helpful and everything was as described.

Some one claiming to be an employee entered my room without knocking, just opened the door and wanted to come in, scary, looked like a homeless person. He was claiming I was in the wrong room, someone else had been assigned this room. How? Reception wrote roomnumber on a scrap pease of paper and gave me a room key. Lot of homeless people around the outside area, i do not feel save here at all!!!

Our room and the motel were generally clean; everything looked in good condition as expected for a motel that has been recently renovated. However, as mentioned by other reviewers there was a bad smell in our room and throughout the motel especially in the stairwells. The air conditioning unit in the room was on the loud side. There was not a lot nearby in terms of food and shopping options. The motel also houses some strange individuals. Overall, it was an okay place for us to stay the night before boarding our cruise, but we probably would not consider another stay here.

Very deceiving !!! No elevator for second floor ! Strange odors from stair case from lobby to 2nd floor and odor of WEED !! Near our room. Noise from A/c unit on and off ! Ceiling light blinking like a strob light and was told by clerk at reception no one to fix it since they left at 4pm prior our arrival ! Electric outlet and usb port on side of the bed not working !!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE WE PAID !!!

Horrible ~ filthy .. rom smelled like mold, people doing drugs in lobby , yelling screaming doors slamming all night, we feared for our lives but it was so late we just dead bolted door and left first thing in morning

What I didn’t like was that Expedia did not list an address so I ended up going to the wrong motel six because it was in the location that I thought I was booking! And there was no way to talk to anybody at Expedia to confirm the correct address while I was at the airport waiting for transportation. It would be helpful to have more direct access to an Expedia representative By phone for such questions.

Although the service by Victor was great despite some technical difficulties when we first arrived, the rest of our experience was nothing short of awful. Firstly, Our first room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that we had to change rooms but were accommodated. Our second room didn't stink however the floor was filthy and sticky. So bad it turned my socks black and my only option was to throw them out! We also saw a few cockroaches in the bathroom sneaking in and out of a large crack in the corner beside the toilet. Pillows were super uncomfortable but bedding was clean thankfully. Next, the hallways constantly reaked of marijuana and overtime the smell made its way into our room as well. There were, what I can only assume were prostitutes and gangsters in the lobby who even told my husband that theres always issues in this particular hotel so they do their best to maintain security but to make sure our door was deadbolted at all times. My parents had a very similar experience in their room as well except for the cockroaches. Overall, we were extremely disappointed to have had this experience with a brand we've trusted in the past. I would highly recommend you stay away from this location as it certainly wasn't worth the minimal savings.
