Modern Deluxe Loft Hollywood Beach Unit # 8

In this apartment, you will find everything you need! We provide a kitchenette, modern accents, a super comfortable queen-size bed and 1 extra single size bed in the loft upstairs. Downstairs we have a sofa, a 40-inch Roku TV and a designated open office space with desk and chair.

The building has 8 Units - all available for vacation rentals. Each has its own super cool modern charm.

Guests have access to their unit and to the laundry room. There is no reception and there is walk-up door access.
You will be very close to restaurants and shopping, the beach, etc so no need to drive there. We provide 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels for use at the beach (upon availability).
*Beach chairs are stored under the bed (if available).

Communication is very important. I like to give my guests freedom, so i offer self check in with smart-lock keypad access. I will send you the keypad code 24 hours before the check-in time on your arrival day.

I always followup the next day and im available anytime via text. I live locally so anything needed can definitely be accommodated. I will be available to you via text or call

This is a key west style building with lofted ceilings and a beautiful skylight over each bed. It is with 5 minutes walking to the beach, parks and shopping. You are truly in the heart of the broadwalk just seconds from your door! Hollywood beach is one of the most popular beaches in miami with several parks, great restaurants on the water or off , cafes, bakeries and cant be beat beaches. Beach access available 2minutes from your front door!

A QR code for parking - guests need to:
1. Park in city parking spots along the street but not in private parking spaces.
2. Scan the barcode located inside the unit next to the entrance.
3. Follow the instructions to pay the city online for daily parking.
Note: Only one day can be purchased at a time, and you can buy daily until the checkout date.

Please DONT BE LOUD or boisterous in any area of the building or on the Patio of the apt. We have a great relationship with management and with our neighbors and wish it to remain that way. There are also more guests in the building ( like a hotel) and I’m sure they want to enjoy their stay as well!

We ask you to respect the people in the building as you would in your own home.

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

**House Rules**

We have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in our Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document.

We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.

Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.

1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.

3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.

4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge.

6. Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate vacation of the property.

7. Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).

8. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.

9. Trash: All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.

10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately.
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.

12. Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00am unless a late check-out is purchased via the Tourist Portal (upon availability). Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Please text us when you leave so we can get the crew in asap. Also, be advised that failure to vacate on time may result in charging your deposit funds.

*When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Please see the checkout checklist and ensure it is complete before leaving.

13. Failure to Vacate: If you fail to vacate the property on or before the termination of this agreement, you shall pay for the period of your holdover a sum equal to 2 times the daily rate of your property or the maximum sum by state law. This will be charged via your deposit.

Hello, we came down for four nights to attend the F1 race. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was great and in a terrific location. The communication was great, though, contrary to what their listing said, they started texting me right away wanting full payment though the site said it wasn't due until a few days before the trip. I was also reminded of the pre-check-in registration and security deposit payment to take care of. , the apartment was terrific and in a great location! Thanks!

Location was great. As soon as you walk out the door the beach was at the end of the block. The reason for the low score was fighting for parking with other people who are just visiting the beach. There is not a designated parking space for this property. You have to pay the city to park on the street anywhere there. It was 60 dollars for 3 days. They do come out and issue tickets after the run your plate and see it’s not registered. As for the room it was very clean and well kept. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. There is a porch for all 8 units to share.

The location was excellent. Bands playing Wednesday thru Sunday 7-9 about 1 block away. Beach also 1 block away. Refrigerator small but was able to hold 1 gallon of milk and quart of yogurt with door holding 4 cans of pop and 2 bottles. Storage of food very limited. Dishes had to be washed after every meal due to limited dishes. We had no problem with breakfast but it was easier to eat out lunch and dinner. Location pretty much in the center of the Broadwalk. The couch was pretty worn out and uncomfortable. Good for short stays but 2 weeks was pushing it.

Excellent location to and from the beach ! If you stay at this property you will not need a rental car ! Everything you need is within walking distance! The rental is very neat, the only thing is the bed is extremely way too firm! We enjoyed our stay otherwise!

This place was FANTASTIC! Super clean and the best location for beach activity. For Breakfast it's Roccos pizza! Great value and Great food. The only down side to this location is parking. It's so hard to get a parking spot near the unit, so be prepared to park and walk. The communication from the staff was over the top! The next time I stay in Hollywood, it will be at the lofts!!! One last thing! Get ice if you need it! The room does not have it. Next time I would have a large cooler dedicated to ice. Enjoy your stay the place and staff are TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

Very cute place in a great location
This one of the places my wife and i stayed on our 10 year anniversary trip. We has never been to Hollywood beach. We found this little cute modern styled place in a great location.. The place was clean and designed well. The bed was a little hard, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Its near to a great entryway to the broadwalk and beach. Tons of places to shop and eat and the beach was clean with placed you could rent cabanas/chairs and umbrellas. We will definitely be coming back again. This is our new favorite beach location. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to everyone for a quick getaway.

Exactly how the listing portrays. Close to the beach and the unit was clean. Had a slight issue with the water heater, but the property management team sent someone out and had hot water back in a few hours. Bed and water pressure were not the best, but definitely served it’s purpose for an extended weekend.

Amazing stay!
Perfect location steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. You don’t even need a car. Condo is nice and clean. Property managers very responsive and nice to deal with. We will definitely stay again.

The loft is exactly as pictured. Kat was available to answer all questions and provided guidance when needed. She was always a text message away and responded promptly. The loft is literally a 2-3 minute walk to Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The restaurants and shops are awesome. I will definitely recommend staying here and will return myself. Thanks for a wonderful get away alone vacation. The peace and serenity was greatly needed.

Perfect little loft
The loft is adorable and the location is perfect if you are looking to be right at the beach and near lots of great restaurants and activities! The property managers are always there to help if needed and were excellent in responding. Our only complaint is that it smelled very badly like rotten eggs right outside of the building for the entire duration of the trip. Im not sure if this was a sewer issue or what? But besides that, everything was great!
