The Islamorada Villa of Coral Ridge County Club has just completed a renovation with new exterior, privacy courtyard, covered outdoor living spaces, SHARED pool (with Adjacent 2bed villa) landscaping, outdoor lighting, new PGT windows and doors, new kitchen and furnishings. The villa is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, coffee machines, seasonings, beach towels, beach cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pack and play , high chairs and anything you may need upon arrival. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit !

You would be renting ONE of the 2 villas that SHARES a pool. Each villa has assigned end of the pool and DOES not share any furniture. Each has their own furniture, Gazebo shady area , bbq grill and outdoor dining area.

The Villas ( the identical layout Villas Islamorada & Key Largo as they are called) are located in beautiful and quiet Coral Ridge Country Club, an upscale residential neighborhood east of US1 and is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and grocery stores.

Villa is only 1/2 mile from the intercoastal waterway and 1 mile to the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The master and guest bathrooms were renovated with new travertine walk in showers with glass doors and new granite lavatories. The kitchen was also updated with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, cabinets and glass tile backsplash and under counter lighting. The furnishing are new and include all rooms include new electronics.

The outdoor patio includes tropical landscaping & accent night lighting for evening entertaining.

Lots of outdoor activities are nearby : daily snorkel and scuba dive trips, charter fishing boats, party fishing boats, public fishing pier, jet skis and boat rentals, gambling cruises or drive to Everglades for air-boat and swamp buggy rides, Indian reservations, alligator farms, nature trails, kayaking, fishing, bird watching.

Shopping: The Coral Ridge Mall is less than a 5 minute walk and the mall shops includes Target, Publix, Movie Theater, TJMaxx and other shops.

The Galleria Mall and The Shops on Las Olas are a 5-10 minute drive. Other shopping includes Sawgrass Mills outlet mall and the world's largest outdoor flea market known as the Swap Shop should not be missed.

Other activities include the Broward Performing Arts Center, Discovery museum, Art museum, and IMAX theater. Night life includes many wonderful and restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. And it’s 30 min ride to Messi Soccer games !

Great location and beautiful house.
This is the second time I’ve rented this house. It has nice size rooms and a large kitchen. The front room has two comfortable leather couches and chairs. Very tastefully decorated. Landscaping is beautiful and the pool is really nice. I hope to be back there this coming year.

This was a great place for our family of four!! Super cute and stocked with everything you might need including beach chairs, umbrella, washer & dryer. The house is in an excellent neighborhood. Very close to beach, restaurants and the Coral Ridge Mall (Publix, Target, TJMaxx). The pool was awesome - we all enjoyed it! The outdoor space is very relaxing with several places to hide in the shade too. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!!

Just Wonderful!
The house is just wonderful with a great pool. The beds are very comfortable and good flow in the showers. We especially loved all the different outside seating areas with great landscape lighting at night. Very close to the beach, mall, and lots of restaurants. Asta was very good to communicate with, but there were no problems at all! We highly recommend booking this VRBO!

The house was very nice and was what the picture and description showed.
The house was great for our dog golden doodle because there were gates and fenced in yards. The pool was very nice and spent quite a bit of time there. The neighborhood was great as we got to know it pretty well walking the dog. I would come back again.

Great communication with the owner and she provided us with nice restaurant suggestions etc..Space was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was lovely and nice for relaxing by the pool. Area was safe for walking with a mall next door. The only comment I wld make is that the small beds need new mattresses for long term stays as they were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise all positive. Thank you!

The property was perfect for me and the kids. Bigger than i thought it would be. We were central location to lots of my friends, i lived in fl for 20 years. We made great use of the pool and close to the beach!! The water heater did click off but the owner had already mentioned in the note how to fix it if it happens. Super easy to do. Ps don’t run both showers at the same time. Great experience, would love to come again.

Will definitely stay again!
This property was wonderful! My wife and I stayed here with my 19 year old daughter and her friend while we were visiting my other daughter who lives there. Everything was just as advertised and Asta, the owner, was great in communicating when we had any questions. The onsite pool, though shared with the adjoining place, was perfect after a day at the beach! The grill was an added perk for those who like to grill like I do. We will definitely be back!

Tolles Haus, super sauber, sehr netter Kontakt vorab und während des Aufenthalts zu Asta. Sehr schöner Pool. Die Nachbarn waren nicht draußen, daher hatten wir den Pool für uns. Toll angelegter Garten mit viel grün und viel Ruhe. Die Kinder waren happy und wir auch. Können wir nur empfehlen!!!

GREAT house and Vacation
First time renting a "house" rather than a Condo on the beach. It was AMAZING. Quiet, private, very nice neighborhood, close to everything. Living room has plenty of space. Bedrooms were nice as was the kitchen. What really stands out is the nice, private heated pool, and outdoor sitting area (there's 3 places)! The owner was friendly and available, and we can't say enough about the time we spent. Thanks again Asta.

Great Little Unit
This house was perfect for our 2.5 week stay in South Florida, having the pool right outside, plus the beach just a few miles away (and free parking at the beach after 5pm) was great! I95 was also convenient to the house, so getting around was easy. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon which was convenient, and the kitchen was fully stocked and spacious. Asta was very responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay there again when in South Florida.
