As of parking, Hollywood Beach is PRIME real estate and as a result there isn't a lot of parking available and therefore it is not included in the price. However, we have included a QR code in our welcome package that you will need to scan in order for you get a parking pass, the cost of it is $21 daily. With this parking pass, you will be able to park in any PUBLIC parking space along the street or the garage directly beside the building. NOT local resident spaces or any numbered spaces. We will provide our welcome package one week before your check-in date.

Cozy space with great location!

Thanks for a great stay! Ricky was attentive, check in and out was easy. House was clean and as described! Such a cute cozy place to stay, location to beach was the best. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping!

Great spot, Will Likely Stay Here Again

Great value for what you get. Right on the beach, and feels safe. Clean and convenient. Coffee, toiletries, water bottles, and bath and kitchen. There's even towels, chairs, and bags for you if you need them for the beach. I will definitely consider staying here again

Host was very responsive. Great location to the beach. Cushy tp and ice in the freezer put this over the top. Well equipped and a pleasurable stay. I would come back again!

Oasis Vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for a 6-day beach getaway for me and my husband. Even though the unit was small, it was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It was extremely clean; the kitchenette had all the necessities, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was private and very nice as well. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was also very nice. The location is perfect, very quiet, steps from the beach and very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. We took an uber from the airport and was able to walk everywhere we went. The host was wonderful to work with. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Efficient apartment and great location

The most striking thing is the Murphy bed that folds down out of a cabinet by the wall. It is comfortable and easy to manage, and leaves you with a nice sofa and space to move around. The appliances are all major brands and in practically new condition. There is a huge refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, and an induction hot plate, and ample pots, pans, and utensils. An especially nice touch is a Breville coffee machine that came with a supply of Nespresso pods. There is a nice common area outside with umbrella tables and chairs and an available gas BBQ. There is a nice looking pool, but we didn’t use it. Went to the Atlantic to swim though. The location is great for that and for walking on the boardwalk day and night. We felt very welcome here. notes: — My wife is short and she found the shower hard to reach and control. — There is not an included parking spot,, so be sure to contact the owner for a special rate they have for street parking.

Rocky is our Hero!

Rocky opened his property to my daughter. We were looking for a place to get her out of the hurricane's path. Rocky’s place in Fort Lauderdale was available, and he got my daughter in quickly. He also checked in on her a couple of times. Thank you from a grateful dad.

Great beach hideaway!

Everything you need for a couples getaway to the beach. Easy walking distance to great food and the beach of course. Host was very responsive to any questions. Property was clean and comfortable and accurately described in the listing. Would definitely stay again!

Great space and location

Cute place and neighborhood. The beach and the Hollywood boardwalk are right there. Rocky did everything to make it a great visit. We used the beach chairs and umbrella for several mornings on the beach.

Great Stay in the perfect location, right on the beach

We had a wonderful stay and the hosts were fantastic with communication. This unit is steps from the beach/boardwalk and all necessities were nearby. We are booked to stay here again after our cruise before we head home. The hosts are wonderful.

Great beach location
