Well-appointed spaces are perfect for entertaining and enjoying the high life. The first-floor family room includes a large u-shaped couch, 80-inch smart tv, and arcade system, perfect for the kids!

The second-floor bar, living area, dining area, and gourmet kitchen become the hub of indoor activity and fun. The second and third-floor master suites offer king-size beds, large-screen TVs, coffee bars, en-suite baths, and private balconies for rest time away from the kids.

The third-floor office/bedroom, bunk room, and full bathroom mean everyone has their own space for rest and relaxation.

The fourth-floor rooftop patio offers stunning views of the ocean, intercostal, Port Everglades, and opening bridge, with an outdoor oasis complete with seating for 12, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, and a rooftop bar.
