Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool,, balcony, Wi-Fi, limited parking, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood around the home is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. It has several surrounding restaurants, including Cap's Place, The Nauti Dawg Marina Cafe, McDonald's, and Brooklyn Pizza. There is also a Golden China Restaurant nearby.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The standard security deposit for our rental is $750. You will be required to pay this amount before your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
