Extra large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in a private, quiet, gated community within short walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. There are 3 large HD TVs in the unit - one in each bedroom and one in the living room along with recording and playback capabilities. The living room has a pull out sofa and there are also 2 Aerobeds available. Extra linens, pillows, and blankets are available in each room. Also provided are variety of grooming essentials, including shampoo, hand soap, shaving cream etc. There is a balcony off the master bedroom with a small table and two chairs. Central Air Conditioning, WiFi throughout, along with a computer, printer and scanner available for guest use in the office area. The well-appointed kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and even in-unit washer and dryer (complete with laundry supplies). The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of spices, condiments, coffee, tea, cooking supplies, etc. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The neighborhood also features many great restaurants, a Publix supermarket, Starbucks, and a 24-hour CVS on the corner. The unit is centrally located to the best beaches, shopping, and restaurants in the area. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 10 minutes away.
The lush, tropical complex has a gorgeous pool and the unit has one assigned parking space as well as guest parking. In addition, the complex is on a bus line, the Sun Trolley, and easily accessible by Uber and Lyft. The host provides plenty of fresh towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and loads of closet and bureau space. Unit is on the second floor, easily accessible by elevator. For guests needing extra assistance, there is a compact wheelchair available for your use. Please, no pets or smoking on the premises. Owner and property manager are available 24/7 to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
For the protection of our guests and the other residents in the complex, there is a camera focused on exterior door of the unit to ensure the safety of all people coming and going.
PLEASE NOTE: Primary renters must be 25 years of age or older.
Copies of IDs of all guests must be supplied to host.
For extended stays, we require additional cleanings every two weeks at $100/service.
For parties of more than four guests, there is a surcharge of $50/night/guest.
