Terrible!
This place was the worst! We entered into a very bad odor filled property that caused us to caugh through the night. We discovered that the horrible smell came from the HVAC closet. The filter was so bad the dirt and dust was collecting on the door and the filter was deteriorated. The hot tub never got hot after 2 hours of running. Trash was all over the lake front. My wife found hair on the toilet that actually had a "cleaned" paper band wrapper on it. That was just the beginning. The property failed to leave face towels in any of the bathrooms!!? When I took pictures and sent messages to the property manager Eli he admitted to not leaving the towels and said he was strict on the cleaners. How could this be true? I sent him multiple pictures and he stopped communicating... Since I spear headed the occasion, I was too embarrassed to have my aunt and uncle stay there. We stayed the one night and found another place that was much much better. I explained to Eli that COVID is still real and an airborne transmitted life taker. The inconvenience of searching for another place in the middle of the night, not being able to enjoy the rental as planned and taking showers with hand towels was just too much! Please, please do not trust the pictures post for this property. Take it from a person that really enjoys traveling and the use of VRBO.
