Enjoyed the room, the staff courteous, the elevator was dirty there was a yellow wet floor sign on the elevator floor the whole time I was there . If that is normal management should look at that again .

My children immediately didn’t want to be there. They said it was stinky, didn’t feel safe, it was dirty, the lock in the door didn’t seem secure. They was dirty underwear on the ground outside of our window and the view was a wall with a barbed wire at the top. People were yelling in the halls at night and we couldn’t sleep. Toilet was cracked on the bottom. Dirty doors and walls and floors. Pool was broken so kids couldn’t play and no one mentioned that when we were checking in. Would not recommend.

Poor outside lighting. My bathroom toilet did not flush. My lock on bathroom door was broken and dangling. Lobby was unkept. I traveled by myself because my husband was in the hospital nearby. I did not feel safe. Many borderline homeless looking people near the entrance and in the parking lot. I wanted to cancel my reservation but knew I would not be refunded. Very disappointed.

Property is clean . Only thing i didn't like is the attitude of the receptionist. I book my reservation online wirh my boyfriend credit card . Now when i get there she didn't want to except his card for the deposit. The same card i used to book the reservation. He was right there wirh me yet she didn't want to except it. Thanks to rhe security man that was there . Need to train that young woman seems like she dont know her job.

It was not a great experience. When I got ready for a nice warm shower the hot water wasn't working. When I call the front desk I was told that maintenance was suppose to be working on that room and they shouldn't have booked it. So when I asked if there was another broom I could possibly use for a shower I was told there were no rooms available. So I had to take the coldest shower of my life and needless to say I was not happy about that! Management has yet to call me back regarding the matter.

Overall ok but the rooms need a facelift. Doors are chipped and some repairs done in the hotel are patch up jobs. It’s fine for a one night turnaround stay but I wouldn’t plan a few nights with my girlfriend..The breakfast is very simple which is to be expected.

The disability room was not up to standards, key card frequently did not work. No hand soap in container. Plumbing leaks in disability shower. The staff was nice, but uninformed on doing their jobs. They had old restaurant brochures not delivering . They had had issues using the computer checking in customers and charging drinks purchased at front desk. DEI ??
