Mike the owner was super nice and accommodating. He even stayed up to help us check in when we arrived well after midnight. The rooms are well appointed and a great size. The two salt water pools are delightful and kept warm. Can't wait until we stay again!!

Loved it! Very clean and comfortable with a home away from home feeling. The location was great, a few miles away from the busy beach and downtown Las Olas and we could walk to restaurants, markets, pubs, coffee houses right out our door. My husbands favorite was to catch a game at the Funky Budha brewery while my favorite was the so relaxing open air Greek restaurant Ethos, a must try. Best Greek food I have had in a long time. Cant wait to our next visit. Thank you for everything Mike.

Perfect!! Do yourself a favor and stay here! The hospitality is amazing and the place is beautiful. Also close to so many bars and restaurants. Walk everywhere!

It's a nice little B&B. The room was nice and comfortable. There was a full sized fridge, a little table, sofa, and two nice beds. The pool outside is warm (heated) even in the winter. It's a cute little pool area, and very chill. The owners are very nice and attentive. You can text them for anything you need. If you're a gay or bi person from some godawful place in middle America (like I am) and aren't sure where to stay, you can rest assured you'll feel safe and welcomed here. It's in a gayborhood an' all. It's lovely.

Best stay in Ft Lauderdale.
Mike, who I believe is the owner was awesome he went so above and beyond to making my stay easy, from recommendations on where to eat, to allowing me to check in early before my appointment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely be back on my next visit.

Mike at the Island Sands Inn was extremely friendly and helpful - he took time to orient me to the area and what was around, as well as provided maps and a local magazine for what was happening while I was there in Fort Lauderdale. The room was quiet, centrally located to all the bars and restaurants, and the pool was well maintained. The fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer were a plus!

Excellent doesn’t begin to describe Island Sands Inn. Check in is a breeze and Mike is very knowledgeable on all the places to go. The 2br villa was absolutely great and it was a perfect location, close to George’s Alibi. Can not recommend this place enough; it was fantastic.

Everything from the first contact with Mike to arrival at airport, and finally check-in was excellent. The location is excellent for Wilton Manors nightlife - literally minutes away by walking. Would stay again.
