The rooms are dated, difficult to find, not accurately represented in photos online. The best part of this motel is the location to the beach but I’d still spend a bit more and find a nicer place. Would never ever stay at this property again.

Front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. My room wasn’t ready and they offered an upgraded room for an extra charge by the beach Oceanside. I like the room equipped with a kitchenette however there was no pots or even plastic cups in the rooms. I was told that those items would be available upon request. I understand the pots, but plastic cups?? Even in the bathroom to brush your teeth, should have been available. The place is great for a quick getaway nevertheless I would come back.

Just realized that the inn/hotels in Ft Lauderdale area shows a nice picture but they will assign you in a different room/location. I was given Ocean Beach. Still close to the beach, but not front. Bathroom doesn't look nice: tiles look dirty because of the design and color (excess from a various construction materials that put together --not matching), toilet moves when you set/get up), air conditioning is loud, and door is not safe (seems loose and won't turn to lock, but if you get out you can't open it unless you are very strong to force it.

First of all you get surprised with hefty parking fee. When i was booking it only indicated that “parking available”, nothing about fee. Room was tinny and loud outside. It was supposed to be a queen size bed, but it’s definitely not a queen size was much smaller. Me and my girlfriend barley fit on bed. Then right outside the door they start breakfast early and it gets loud when you wanna sleep in. I would not stay here again.

All past clients of Hollywood Beach Hotels say it again and again : horribly dirty rooms there, walls are full of dirty spots, not clean att all. Floor not cleaned, the breakfast manager is horribly rude with customers. Do not go there for your vacations.

Our unit was old but clean. We were here for four days, the last day was a Saturday and it was very noisy. The rest of the time was passably quiet. The water in the unit did not get very warm. I would stay here again but I would ask for a different location

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. First of all, the room was dirty: dust on the furniture, stains on the walls and floors. The bed linen was damp, making it impossible to sleep on. The air conditioner only worked on cold mode, and it was freezing in the room at night—there were no proper blankets, and even those provided were damp. To make matters worse, the toilet wouldn’t flush, which caused significant discomfort. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s proximity to the ocean, but that doesn’t make up for all the shortcomings. I do not recommend staying here.

Property was dirty. Extra fees for everything-parking fee, resort fees, security deposit. Pools shouldn’t even be listed. One is extremely hot 100 degrees of bacteria infested water one is a construction site other 2 had a thick layer of film on top. Breakfast was Hi-c with Frosted Flakes and pre packaged cinnamon rolls and a line of 30 people and only 8 metal tables to sit. So plan on standing to eat. Breakfast hours are only one hour 8-9. Kitchen had zero supplies if you want cups silverware or plates please call front office to borrow. PS no phone in room to call so need to use your cell. Room was hot because small window AC and it didn’t help that one window pane was popped out. Wanted to loop leave after check it but they have a zero refund policy. G- wonder why! Wish I could attach the pictures I have to prove how gross this place is.
