The Atlantic Resort & Spa is Fort Lauderdale’s premier luxury boutique condo hotel, facing 23 miles of golden beaches and in walking distance of the best restaurants. Devoted to the pursuit of service and elegance, The Atlantic is a seamless blend of comfort and style less than a 20 minute Uber ride from the airport.

Located midway along the 4-mile Oceanfront Promenade, stroll or bike the beach front and its dozens of restaurants or explore the world-class boutiques, galleries, restaurants, museums and night spots of Las Olas Boulevard. The condo was very spacious, well-appointed and within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was very nice and not at all crowded. The beach chairs were a great amenity!

This place was absolutely perfect. On the ocean 1200 sq ft room with two balconies. Pure Heaven! Will be staying here again for sure! A perfect spot to unwind and regroup. Clean and gorgeous!

Beautiful view and the accommodations are always wonderful at the Atlantic Hotel.
The Atlantic Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. My wife and I stayed here 2 years ago and we’re hoping to come back this summer. I would recommend 709 to anyone who looking quiet and relaxing place to unwind.

My husband & I had an excellent stay. The condo is beautifully decorated. It is spacious & impeccably clean. It was so comfortable with 2 full bathrooms. The bathroom in the bedroom suite was impressive. WiFi and cable was excellent. My favorite area was the very private balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool and hotel restaurants were excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Location offered many opportunities to easily walk to restaurants and local sights. 5 star stay!

Wonderful stay at this Five star hotel & spa. Very well equipped and top quality finishes and appointments. We didn’t think about Spring Break when we booked our reservations. But we had zero problem with the college kids. Would highly recommend this spot for discriminating travelers!

Beautiful property, the view is incredible, the unit is spacious & luxurious!! To look out every window and see and hear the ocean was paradise.
