The lobby is under construction and very unappealng. The restaurant was not good and the Manager had a terrible attitde when we spoke to her. The head of food and beversge came and spoke with us and nade things right. Did nit expect to be treated rudely by soneone affiliated with the Hilton.

The people that work at Embassy Suites are wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel is nice but the rooms need to be updated.

The hotel has been renovated however, the plumbing is terrible. Also, was very disappointed about pool. It use to be beautiful with a waterfall, now the waterfall is gone, the hot tub did not work. The outside areas are just not kept up like they should be. We love the staff. If not for them we would come back. Elizabeth in the bar, Kathleen and Cynthia at front desk.

Property was older and run down and they were doing major construction while we were there. Something that I would have liked to have known prior to booking as the dust was terrible for our allergies. Staff was amazing and helpful.
