Wonderful stay
You never know until you get there …. What a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space, beach towels, comfy beds, soooo close to the beach, and an infinity pool. Nice location and secure parking. Would stay again!

Nice place, as expected, good location.
The location was good and convenient to the beach and restaurants/stores. Pretty clean for a beach rental. Very roomy for 4 people. It’s technically 2 bedrooms, but has a decent sleeper sofa in a second space that has barn doors. It’s not 100% private, but worked well for one of my kids.

The property is a lovely place in a beautiful location. We were able to walk to the beach and enjoy the views. But the management company did not clean the facility prior to our arrival. The homeowner has provided a lovely place but VACASA is a fail.

Summer family Beach getaway

Gorgeous large apartment
This apartment was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies and towels! I loved how spacious it is and the open layout! The only thing missing was an outdoor grill to bq food. I will definitely be staying here again!

This was an excellent property. Clean, details well thought through and finished beautifully. Great for our family . Hope renovations around pool are complete soon. We missed getting to use the Infiniti pool but the beach is very close by.

Unit is spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants made it very convenient. Great pool with sun exposure all afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a family beach trip!
Overall, this was a wonderful location for our family beach trip with two young children (they slept in the same bed). The condo was clean and the parking, security gates, and pool were all well-maintained. The condo has a patio closet that has a beach cart, beach chairs, a boogie board, and numerous sand toys. We wished the condo had more towels. It only comes with 6 beach towels and 6 bathroom towels, which just isn’t enough when you are doing ocean, pool, and multiple showers/day. The bedding could be improved, it smelled a little musty and the blankets were thin. It’s just a 5 min walk to the beach, and ten minute walk to the great dinner spots in Deerfield. We hardly used our rental car!

Pretty and clean, good for a sunny period
The unit is nice and it was clean, but the master bedroom and en suite bathroom smelled like body odor (with some kind of room deodorizer used to mask it). I ended up sleeping in the smaller bedroom because of it. When I was there it was rainy and overcast so I didn’t get to enjoy the pool and easy access to the beach, but the patios are nice and I was able to at least look at the pool. I love the dining table and area. It would be great for entertaining. Parking was easy as was the journey to the unit. But, the elevator carpet and hallway carpet were dirty and the elevator smelled like feet!

Great stay, great location, great condo!
Had a snafu during check in but quick call corrected the issue and we got into the condo. Amazing location! Quick walk to the beach. Beds comfortable with high quality sheets. Super clean inside, outdoor furniture was nice. Showers had good pressure and cost me some extra money as my family now wants the same shower head at home! Great space. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nice to have. Beach toys, chairs and wagon were nice. Overall one of the best rentals we have been in. We tried to book it again at the end of our trip but it was sold out- whole family sad we couldn’t bookend the trip at this amazing place. We cant wait to come back.

Wish I could write a great review but I can’t. Back in September of 2023 I booked our annual vacation with out of state friends. I initially booked through VRBO but then got linked to VACASA.We checked in around 4 pm and noticed right away a few things…We were the only car in the lot other than a maintenance crew that was leaving for the day, the pool was all roped off with caution tape, and there was scaffolding and generators all around the pool. We went over to the crew and inquired about was going on. They told us the pool would be closed and the whole exterior was being power washed and painted for the next MONTH!!!!! At no point were we told by VACASA! We made our way up to the condo and saw the patio furniture all wrapped up. Called Vacasa every day that week about waking up at 7:30 am to the noise of workers talking, loud generators running and men on scaffolding outside our windows. Supervisor finally called me back on Wednesday, said she would contact owner and get back to me. Never heard back. I really hope that the family checking in after us was advised about the pool. We work very hard all year long and look forward to our yearly vacations together. This was so disappointing.

Short walk to the beach!
As you see in the photos, the condo has been updated with more modern cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms which helps make the place feel clean and fresh and the layout is nice and open. There are plenty of bathrooms - 2.5 including a large powder room, which was nice for 3 people! They have added a modern barn styled door (not pictured) to the room off the living room and a small closet to make it a 3 bedroom, albiet the doors don't make the extra room quiet. The washer / dryer were just off this room and a nice bonus. And there were a number of balconies w/seating - a small space off the kitchen w/ a table and chairs (also a closet w/beach chairs and gear), the main patio with sofa / lounge chair seating and another patio seating area (small sofa and two chairs (not pictured) off of the "3rd" bedroom / seating area. The main living room had an extremely deep sofa - was higher end (feather back pillows) than some of the furnishings but we found a little uncomfortable to sit on because of the depth. Would have been nice to have a lounge chair for extra seating and conversation as the weather was cool and rainy. The sofa in the "3rd bedroom" seating area was also v deep and lacked enough back pillows to sit comfortably, although for sleeping, it seemed that it would be supportive (we didn't use in this way). The main bedroom and 2nd bedroom mattresses were ok, not great but they seemed supportive. They could upgrade the pillow cases which were rough. All rooms had roller shades but the main bedroom had block out rollers which were necessary because the building keeps the ceiling pool lights on all night which we found odd - maybe consider turning them off at 11PM/midnight. We definitely could have use a couple of luggage racks as the main bedroom was sparse. There is shelving in the walk in closet if you choose to fully unpack. The kitchen was functional with various pots, utensils and other supplies to make dinner but we wished had some basic spices, cooking oil, etc. There are 3 options for coffee - a Keurig which only had 2 pucks remaining, a traditional coffee maker and a french press. Refrigerator was clean and ice maker working. Would have been nice to have a yoga mat as there are no area rugs in the place. Publix is close by for shopping (and Trader Joes about 15 minutes) and we loved that the beach was only a 2 block walk. We didn't utilize the pool area because of the weather but seemed like a nice area to congregate. They asked that we start the towel load before departing although there was no bleach, just free and clear Tide detergent. They also asked that we take off the sheets from the beds - really? I do agree w/ one commenter on the outside hallway - the carpet was stained and gross! Overall a nice stay and close to Boca for dinner and shopping. Check out The Hen And The Hog in Pompano Beach for breakfast, brunch or lunch - def a cult following and delicoius!

European Flare. Close to everything.
We were thrilled to stay at the property. We walked to most places, even the water splash pad across the bridge. The quick beach access and the infinity pool onsite helped us keep the 4 and 2 year old boys busy. There were ample choices for dining out and Publix close by for meals in. We had one concern - we found the flooring on the deck to be very dirty. The kids had black feet and hands because they played trucks on the floor at first. Then is was shoes on and the coffee table became the PlayStation. Overall, this was a fun place to stay.
