The reception area is absolutely terrible. It is tiny feels dirty. Andequipment has cables running all over the place. While there is only one very hard-working young lady trying to operate. That's from desk whisk people queueing up out the door

Customer service was great. Check in was a breeze, the clerk was very helpful. I was able to checkin early. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Hotel could definitely use some upgrades. The door was stuck every time we exited and entered. Non smoking hotel, but someone was clearly smoking a cigar in the room above. Not, terrible for a quick stay.

The sheets had poop on them. The manager had them changed and help us but I woke up with a rash from the new sheets. The people were great the property is not.

The ‘included’ transport from the airport never arrived. We called multiple times asking for status and was told they would check and call us back. Waited 90 minutes before we finally just got an uber. The room was clean but the hotel is on 95 which I should have realized so lots of traffic noise all night. We were going to use the shuttle to the port for a cruise but it went only 2 times a day and we couldn’t get an estimate from the front desk how long it would take to get to port so we chose to uber again. I picked this hotel because of the shuttle options so it’s very disappointing that they were basically non existent. I will choose on of the hotels we saw come through the shuttle pickup spot next time so I am not left stranded at the airport.

The room was immaculate and fully-equipped. The staff were very courteous. However, it's not that close to the airport. The road traffic is very noisy constantly. And the building itself is shabby, including the office and elevator. In addition, the only eating place within walking distance was a food truck. Jamaican fare,

This is a typical days inn, it was kinda dingy and gross. Exactly what you expect from them. The sheets were clean and the blankets lacked cigarette burns making them a 3 star instead of the usual days inn 2 star.

I made this reservation for my spouse. He said that he heard gun shots all night, loud noises, and he felt extremely unsafe at this hotel. The police had to be called due to the violence at the property.

This property is very old and dated - no evidence of any attempt to upgrade. Found an insect in our washroom. Nothing to see or do in the vicinity. No breakfast available. No coffee in our room. One positive note - the office staff were friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport was provided.

Bed was comfortable and great. Shower tub need to be replaced...look dirty. All faucets were installed backwards ...cold and hot reversed !!! This is a VERY noisy location on a busy street (Oakland Park BLVD) and right next to Interstate 95 and the Tri Rail train. Most people would find it intolerable. I slept right through it all. You get what you pay for ...on a Friday night it was the only reasonable hotel during snowbird season

Nowhere to eat near by, the outside is a dump. The room was clean and comfortable but would pay more next time for better location. Also, the airport shuttle bus wait is about 1 hour so took a $40 cab ride to hotel.
