INSIDE THE BUNGALOW

This one bedroom bungalow unit sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a leather Natuzzi queen sofa bed in the main living area. Enjoy two TVs -- one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Everyone can watch what they want after a day at the beach.

A desk with two chairs is perfect for working remotely.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with two showerheads -- one is detachable.

In the kitchen, find everything you need to cook and eat, including a full-size Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator with built-in ice maker and cold water dispenser, Frigidaire microwave, and Keurig K-cup coffee maker.

With a spot this close to the beach, you’ll appreciate the supply of beach goodies, including a Sportbrella or beach umbrella. All other towels and linens are provided, too!

LOCATION

You can’t get much closer to the Beach and Broadwalk than this -- just 1 block from the action. The Art Deco Beach Bungalows are also a few yards from Sun & Fun Cycles, the fabulous Taco Spot, Florio’s of Little Italy, and the City of Hollywood's Charnow Park. Not to mention the sand, surf, volleyball net and cabanas of Hollywood Beach!

Adventure lovers: Hollywood Jet Ski is a short 10-minute (0.5 mile) walk to the north.

There are events aplenty at your doorstep here! Check out the free concerts at the nearby outdoor Hollywood Beach Theater, located at Johnson Street and the Broadwalk (3-minute walk), five nights a week. Concerts are scheduled at 7:30pm to 9pm, weather permitting.

Music and dancing under the stars is held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, plus The Broadwalk Friday Fest and Saturday's Bandstand.

On Sundays, you will also find open Josh’s Organic Garden Market with organic fruits, vegetables from a local farmer -- a 14-minute walk south. Get there early for your pick of fresh produce and juices from the Juice Bar.

Great location to Hollywood Beach!!
I'll start right away ~ Unit was not cleaned when we entered at 4pm check-in. Called Vacasa, and Burns (name) was out right away to help with the situation. He also said we'd get our cleaning fee refunded (which we did!) and apologized up and down. Only took about 2 hours in total for the unit to be ready. Other than that.... a GREAT location! Easily walkable wherever you want to go. We'd stay again forsure!!

Great location!
The property is located a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach! My family and I enjoyed watching the sunrise, listening to live music in the evenings, and our day trip to Miami. It was perfect for the three of us. The unit was clean and quiet. Having a designated parking spot was definitely a perk! I would definitely stay here again!

It’s all about location
The good; 1. The property is one block from the broadwalk and walking distance to restaurants there as well, such as GG’s and Billy’s. 2. Close to nightlife, margaritaville, and the Hollywood theater - love bands 5 days a week. 3. Very clean. 4. Free parking 5. Comfortable bed 6. Although very close to beach and Broadwalk, location is quiet. Cons: 1. No place to put anything. Very small. No countertop space. 2. No counter space in bathroom. Very challenging to get ready. 3. Bath towels are similar to what you would get at a 2 star motel. 4. The beach towels provided aren’t beach towels. They are bath towels - room essential brand at target. Couldn’t use them for the beach. They are pretty worn and need to be replaced. 5. No beach chairs or beach umbrella. Had to rent every day. 6. No stove top to cook on. Overall, we would recommend this property. The owners could make a few changes that would improve the customer experience.

November getaway to Hollywood
Was perfect for our stay. Only thing I might recommend is perhaps a different sink/vanity combo. Yes there is a cabinet over the toilet but the lack of counter space made it a bit difficult setting items down like hairdryer, hairbrush, etc, without using the toilet tank. Also not property related but there is a very sweet large ginger cat named Garfield who hangs around the building most days and craves attention. He seems to be a bit of a fixture on the block along with a group of other outdoor cats/strays, but unlike the others he is very approachable if you show kindness. So extra bonus points if you're a cat lover you likely won't be disappointed with a stay here.

Great location and Friendly Staff
Myself and my 2 kids ages 13 & 11 stayed here for 4 nights. This property is really that close to the beach and is in the central part of the broad walk which has many shops and food choices. Very close to live music and kids park too. I only had an issue with the toilet backing up and I used the plunger under the sink and then the staff explained you have to hold down the handle to flush because it’s a water conserving toilet. The staff also responded to my concerns quickly, even at midnight and wanted to make it right! We also didn’t have beach towels, but they brought some with in a few hours. The beach accessories bin in the back was awesome because it had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys! I was expecting to be able to cook a few meals but there’s only a toaster oven and microwave. The bedroom bed is comfy with plush pillows and down comforter. The pull out couch has a 4” memory foam but sinks a little in the middle so not super comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Might be crowded for 4 adults by the time you add where to put suitcases and such And sharing 1 bathroom but worked for us - perfect for a couple.

Very cute place! It is just steps from our favorite places at Hollywood Beach! And it’s even on the same street as my favorite morning Cuban coffee place! The place is so well updated that I hardly noticed it only had a kitchenette instead of a full kitchen. It has a full French door fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. Lots of storage and cabinets. It felt like we were staying in an ikea showroom. It is very little but maximizes every inch of it! It is functional or multifunctional. We love Hollywood Beach and last time we paid nearly $400 per night to stay down the street at a hotel. This experience was so much nicer! No elevators or parking fees! Quick access to beach/boardwalk and back! There was someone parked in our spot when we first arrived but turnkey was very helpful with this dilemma and worked it out right away! There are a few neighborhood outdoor cats in the area that my son loved petting! The place was built in 1941 and retains all that old Florida charm on the outside while being updated and modern on the inside! My son and I woke up early every morning and got Cuban coffee and hot chocolate just a few steps away from our door and then perched on the boardwalk wall and watched the sunrise every morning. Definitely looking forward to our next trip here!

Hollywood Beach Getaway
Booked this for a last minute getaway. Fast communication from rental agent/compan upon booking. Can’t beat price and location! On arrival we did have an issue with a loose door handle, but they sent a locksmith next day and all was handled perfectly. Private parking a great plus and right at unit made loading and unloading a breeze. Unit was spotless on arrival. Kitchen was adequate, good refrigerator, no stove but i did not plan on cooking in, so microwave and countertop oven were great. The a/c was a bit difficult to set and it was not sufficient for Florida’s summer heat, the one in bedroom worked better than in living/kitchen area. Bathroom is clean and new, but shower needs to be re-caulked around some tiles, and starting to show wear and some mold. Overall the place was great, but with the many units and hotels around area, i think i would not return to rent this again. Also, remember to bring your Keurig pods for coffee maker if you are into fresh joe in the am! Also, try 7 Tables on the Beach Peruvian restaurant, excellent ceviches and fresh seafood dishes!

Cute, Clean, & Well-Equipped Condo
We had an excellent stay at this property. The condo was spotless and offered relaxing respite from the rain. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and Broadwalk, and the free access to the beach equipment. I would highly recommend this property for a couple or small family.

Location!!! Location!!!
Location was awesome 2 minute walk to beach. Sucks lots of business’s were shut down along the broad walk probably due to COVID but still plenty to do. Things didn’t like in room. Dirty dishes in cabinet ( one cup still had lipstick on it) bed was sunk in the middle and tv in bedroom had a glitch where everything had a running shadow. And couch in living room was filthy. Wasn’t in room much but location was awesome. Overall great trip just need upgrade with furniture and tv.

Great beach location
This property was perfect for our trip to Hollywood Beach. It was impeccably clean, right on the boardwalk and a 5 min drive to a cute, little downtown area. Would highly recommend to those looking for a more private beach getaway.

Great location, close to everything....Cozy Bungalow
The location is great for being close to the action. It was great to have a parking space as well. The unit was 1 bedroom and cozy. Not a lot of storage and you will need to get some essential items once you get there. There is starter supply but it is limited. Getting use to the lock system took a little while so be patient. The unit was very clean. We used the shared patio a few times. We would stay in this unit again if it is economical for a future visit

Weekend trip
We took a weekend trip to Hollywood beach. The location of the property is absolutely perfect and everything is pretty much walkable. There are also Uber’s available if you need to go somewhere further. The only complaint we have was the check in process and getting into the actual unit. The code that we were sent did not work and we ran into this issue multiple times throughout our stay. We had to call a number in which we were assisted in entering. Eventually we were given access to a lockbox that had a key in it for the duration of our stay. I would stay again and recommend!

Great location and nice apartment for our stay, the only problem we had was the WiFi didn't work, even after unplugging everything based on the suggestions from management, so they need to fix that. Property has a Keurig coffee machine so bring some coffee pods, but the place worked really well for us.

Well kept beach secret.
Just as advertised. Great for two that want to be close to beach. Nice Florida feeling. We would go there again. Area for improvement: provide directions for ceiling fan/light operation. They are not intituitive.

Perfect Location
AMAZING location, this place is on top of Hollywood Beach & Boardwalk. It was very clean, modern and safe. My only concern was the fact that the management company was so persistent not to give us early check-in. While waiting for 3pm to roll around, the housekeeper let us in knowing the place was indeed ready. Oh well, it all worked out. I just think they should be more accommodating to their guests needs and not so by the book. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

Great place in the happening part of town!
This cute bungalow was awesome. Very clean and comfy. It was right on the beach and next to a lot of shops. Places to eat. Great outside bar next to the bungalow. They had live music on the weekends. Just a great location and steps from the beach! We will be back for sure!
