At the Ocean - Apartment w/Balcony #203

1 Bedroom apartment located on the beach. Apartment is part of a privately owned community. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessed by steps only.
The space
There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living/dining area. A separate bedroom and bath. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The bed can be 2 twin beds or converted to a king bed. The living room has a pull-out couch for a 3rd guest. There is a walk-out balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, pool area and ocean. The balcony has 2 chairs, small table and a lounger. Very relaxing.
Guest access
Guests have access to the public beach. On our private beach there are loungers and cabanas for your enjoyment. Also for your convenience is a coin operated laundry facility. The community room is available for your enjoyment.
