Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood is a quiet and well-established community with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos. There are also a number of parks and schools in the area.

-Grocery stores: There are several grocery stores near you, including The Fresh Market, ALDI, Winn-Dixie, Publix Super Market at Plantation Promenade, and Walmart Neighborhood Market.
-Gas stations: There are also several gas stations near you, including Shell, Mobil, and Chevron.

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
