The house itself was beautiful, very nice and very clean. The outdoor space was fantastic for entertaining everyone with a good sized pool, fire pit, grill, cornhole, and giant jenga. The fire alarm was a little sensitive inside the house. We cooked bacon in the morning and it went off every time we opened the oven, even with the fan above the oven on. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner so that was nice. The house seemed a little out of place for the neighborhood it was in, because it was so nice. The neighboorhood itself wasn't too loud, although we did hear some fireworks going off at night, but it didn't bother us. As for location, we didn't go out too much but it was less than 10 minutes away from some great food options and grocery stores. It looked like there were two security cameras in the backyard. There were a few things mentioned in the guest book when we arrived that were not mentioned on the listing page on VRBO. Such as the security cameras, guest count, and some other policies were different. But nothing that was necessarily a problem for our group. There were no pool towels provided, but shower towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags were all provided. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A guy from the rental company came and installed a new lock on the side of the house one morning and told us the code to access the physical key, but we didn't need a physical key so I am not sure why he was telling us and I was also unaware that he would be showing up to do that. Overall we had a great stay with no issues. The house was perfect for a small group of friends gathering for a reunion.
