Our condo is located in a fantastic location, just 3 blocks away from the beach! We are behind the W Hotel and Four Seasons hotel. In less than a 5 min walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach & Las Olas Beach. Enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale as they are only a short walk away. You can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!
Please note that there is ongoing construction on the property behind our building. As such, there may be some construction related noise.
Don't feel like walking the 5 min. stroll to the beach? No problem! Download the 'Ride Circuit' app - a 100% electric local, on-demand ride hailing shuttle service. It's like Uber, but cheaper, greener and strictly local to the Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Beach area.

Rules per the Homeowners Association (HOA) of the building:
- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am
More details regarding "Quiet Hours": Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Please note there is a noise detection device to enforce quiet hours.
Should law enforcement get dispatched to the unit due to excessive noise complaints, this will result in a $1,000 fine.
- No outside guests may use the common areas (e.g. the pool area). In other words, only the guests listed within the Airbnb reservation may use the common facilities.
- No parties or large events
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on site, including outdoor common areas.
- No pets
- Primary renter must be 25+ to RSVP. Primary renter must be present during entire duration of stay.
- No glassware or glass containers/bottles in the common areas (e.g. pool
and bbq area)
- Must clean up after oneself in the common areas (e.g. don't leave trash lying around the pool, bbq area and hallway)
- Do not leave trash, trinkets or personal items in the common areas (e.g. do not leave anything behind in the pool area, bbq area, hallway or anywhere else outside of the condo unit)
- Must clean the outdoor bbq/gas grill after using it
- Do not place any hot pans/baking sheets directly on top of the countertop without a trivet to prevent permanent heat damage. $5,000 fine if damaged
- Violation of any of the house rules may result in a $500 fine.
- Violation of any house rules may result in an eviction with NO refunds.
- Missing towels will incur a fee of $25 per towel
- Please report any damages to host immediately on first day of check in. If damages are determined to be caused by guest misuse, additional charges may be assessed for repairs/replacement.
- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean and tidy as Guest found the premises to be upon check-in. Normal wear and usage is expected, however, excessive dirt on floors, rugs, furniture and trash lying around may require additional cleaning and extra charges may apply
- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Should an incident arise where a professional is needed to address a toilet issue and the professional finds an item that is not toilet paper as the source of the toilet issue, a $500+ fine will be assessed to remediate the problem.
