Our property features all the amenities one could want while away from home, making it the ideal home base for your vacation or local getaway. You can lounge around in this modern 2-bedroom condo which features a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, sizable dining room, spacious living room, impact windows for added privacy and safety, and central air to keep you cool in this Florida heat. Take a dip in our heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Grill up some steaks pool side on the BBQ grills. In less than a 5 min walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach & Las Olas Beach. Enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale as they are only a short walk away. Or you can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!

Simply Exceptional!
The host was awesome! He is communcative, courteous, polite, and helpful! My experience with accommodations taught me that how the host makes you feel can determine the extent to which a stay is enjoyable. I felt welcome long before I arrived at the condo for my stay. The condo is a well-apointed home away from home. It is super clean, comfortable, luxurious, and has everything a family could need for a stay. They thought of everything for a guest to enjoy the stay at the condo as well as wirhin the neighbourhood and wider Fort Lauderdale area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo and if I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area again, will hope it's available for my stay.

We loved our stay with Ernest! Even though we had bad weather, we still had a great time walking the area and watching the boats. Very clean, well set up kitchen and super close to parking and pool which was super important with my young family. Quiet at night and super comfy beds. 100% would recommend.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Well equipped. The location was great. Close to the beach. Could walk to beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and had cute cafes with a good vibe. Pool area was nice to hang out at.

Hidden gem just a short walk from it all!
This is the perfect spot to sneak away from the noise and crowds by the beach, but an easy walk to all the action! You get the best of both worlds! We had a rental car to get around town and appreciated the available parking spot. We felt safe walking to and from the beach, restaurants and water taxi both day and night. Very clean, plenty of amenities, great pool area, friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

Would definitely stay here again— for anyone with kids, being on the ground floor and so close to the pool and walking distance to the beach was very convenient. I was surprised how quiet this condo was too which was nice. There were a few small maintenance-related items that could have been better (1. Standing water in the shower 2. Bathroom soap had clearly been watered down 3. Coffee machine kept blinking that it needed to be descaled, that could’ve been kept up before we arrived 4. TV was difficult to start up, we wound up having to reset the system and wait for the host to reactivate for us, but again I consider these things to be small. They wouldn’t deter me from staying here again, and the host did a good job answering our questions in a timely manner. Also allowed us to check out a little later which we greatly appreciated!

The property was perfect for my husband, myself and our daughter. We loved the outdoor space, private pool with lush tropical greenery. The owner was amazing, quickly getting back to me when I had questions. Short walk to the beach and many great restaurants were close by. A Comfortable, Lovely Condo
My friend and I spent five nights here. It was absolutely perfect! Everything was new and spotless. Beds were very comfortable. The owner quickly responded to questions. The door and gate codes were convenient and easy to use. The pool was warm and relaxing, and there were tables and lounge chairs surrounding it. The landscaping around the pool created a peaceful, quiet oasis where we spent many hours relaxing. We were often the only people at the pool. The location of the condo was also wonderful. It was a short walk to many bars, restaurants, and the beach. (Highly recommend happy hour at The Conrad.) We were able to rent beach loungers just across the street for $15 a day. I definitely hope to return to this condo!

You can’t beat the location. Multiple restaurants, cafes within a few blocks. Quiet private pool area. The host is very responsive and the condo is spotless. The bed linens were soft and the beds are comfortable. 2 stay here and will definitely be returning.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was very clean, air-conditioning worked great and beds were comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything. There were enough hooks to hang towels and even a full length mirror on the back of both bedroom doors.
